Nico. He trusted Percy to keep Bianca alive, but she died. Though he wasn't responsible for it, Nico blamed Percy and ran away. He entered the Labyrinth, seeking Daedalus at the advice of the dead king Minos, as he wanted to bring Bianca back to life. He held Percy at fault until Bianca told him to let go. His flaw almost made him join the Titans Army.
Thankfully, Nico learnt from his mistake, and is portraying this flaw less and less.
To deal with this flaw, be like Bianca and show them the truth. I personally think making them feel needed like Will did would work out fine too.
