Impulsiveness - reacting without second thoughts.
Theseus, my least favourite hero, had this flaw. He recklessly dumped Ariadne on the island of Naxos, and had all sort of bad exploits with Lapith leader Pirithous. He defied Hades and got his butt stuck on a chunk of rock until Hercules (another jerk, they must've got on really well) came along and save him.
Impulsiveness can make you a great Hero, but it should be kept in close check, and you should avoid people who you know are bad influence on you.
