Description:
This Quirk gives the user the power to lower the temperature of any person or object, or even freeze them, just by giving a single look at them.
Pros & Strengths:
This Quirk is especially useful when trying to slow opponents down and freeze them, and can slow down the enemy drastically. The enemy could become numb from the cold. This Quirk can also be used to freeze parts of the ground and make enemies slip and fall. (H A H, the powers of elsa-)
Cons & Weaknesses:
A major disadvantage to this Quirk is blurred vision dry eyes from the cold Quirk after using it. Though the user can keep creating more ice to freeze the opponent and keep lowering the temperature, the Quirk will deactivate immediately if the user looks away from the opponent or blinks even once.
Other:
The user's temperature goes down along with the opponent's when Freezing Glare is activated. The user has a strong resistance to the cold.
