The doctor takes us in the room
"We have some good and bad news"
"Ok" finneas says
I can't get my words out I'm too scared,and on the verge of crying
"Which one would you like first?" The doctor carry's on
"Good please" finneas says rubbing my back
"Billie has done well in surgery and will be back home in about a week"
Finneas gets up and hugs the doctor
"Thank you so much"
"Don't worry it's just my job"
"Ok bad next" finneas says sitting back down and wrapping his arms around me
"Ma'am would you like a minute to compose yourself" the doctor says to me
"N-no I'm ok" I eventually get out
"Hey as long as she's alive what could be that bad" finneas says to me
"Ok so the bad news is that she might have amnesia, we are not positive yet we just wanted to warn you"
I start sobbing in finneas' arms
"A-all of getting t-to know her, was pointless"
"Hey no it wasn't, they said there not sure so please don't loose hope, for me and stay stong for your little one
Harmony was over in the corner playing, she turns around to me
"Mommy, is Billie ok?"
I go and pick her up
"Yes baby she's ok she just has to stay in the hospital for a bit like you did"
"Then why are you crying"
"I was just scared that's all"
I put her down and let her play more
"I'm not going to tell her about the amnesia until we know for sure" I say to finneas
"Yea I understand, doc when can we see her"
"Right now if you wish , but she's still asleep"
"Ok"
The doctor leads us to her room I walk in and see her lying on the bad , all bruised and cut, she had a cast in her leg so she obviously broke it. The doctor leaves I go next to her and interlace my fingers into hers, Ito her not hurt hand, I carefully bring it up to my mouth kissing it
"I love you billie, so much and I want you to know that" I say to her knowing she's asleep
Finneas walks up to her on the other side and puts his hand on her shoulder
