Bucky POV
I excused myself and made my way to Steve he looked up at me since he was still looking down at his wrist,
"Bucky?" He said
"She's here," I said
He stood up immediately,
"Where?" He asked
I nodded my head towards her where she was at the bar getting a drink,
"Go easy on her tiger she's a bit shy," I said chuckling,
He was in a trance looking at her,
"Really? Shy? looking that good?" He said
I chuckled,
"Well are you going after her, or am I gonna have another dance with her?" I said
He looked at me,
"You danced with her already?" He asked
"Yeah, I did," I said with a smirk still watching her,
"I actually had to show her how to dance," I said
"Really?" Steve said
"Yeah, so go ahead," I said
He marched through the crowd I have my arms crossed as I leaned against the wall,
I could see Steve talking to her she was so petite compared to both of us, I thought,
Alina POV
I was at the bar drinking a jack and coke, stirring it with the straw, this is nice compared to the ER maybe I should get out more often, I thought
"Excuse me miss?" I heard a voice
I look towards the voice, I see a man with blonde hair and blue eyes,
"Oh um Alina," I said
He took my hand and just like James he kissed my knuckles,
"It's lovely to meet you, my name is Steve, Steve Rogers," He said
The other initials, I thought what is going on? I thought
"How about a dance?" He said gently taking my hand,
I nodded,
and Just like James he laced his hands with mine,but I caught a gimps of something on his wrist,
A.C
Wait what? I thought
could A.C stand for me my name I though,
I slightly look up at Steve and he's smiling down at me noticing that I notice his mark on his wrist,
"Do you know what it means?" He asked
I shook my head no,
"No," I said as we continued dancing,
"Then let me tell you the story," He said with a smile
"So everyone has a Soul mate, someone they are meant to be with the rest of their life," Steve said as we danced
"So the initials on my wrist?" I asked
Steve chuckled
"Those are referred to as Soul marks, initials of those you have a soul bond with," Steve said
"Does everyone have one?" I asked
"Of course, but if you have one and that soulmate dies it becomes faded,and you feel that someone missing" Steve said
"So can someone have more than one?" I asked tilting my head,
Steve chuckled,
"Yes, there's nothing wrong with that, that just means that you have a big enough heart for two," Steve said still dancing with me,
"Do you believe me?" He asked
I nodded,
"So why did they burn a glow?" I asked the song had ended and our hands were still on each other,
"Because it was informing you that you were close to you're soulmate's and that you found them," Steve said smiling at me,
"That comforting feeling you feel when were around that's the soul bond," He said
"Do you understand?" He said
I nodded,
"Yes," I said
"Good," He said kissing me on the cheek,
"How do you know so much about it?" I asked
"Because I've learned a lot over the years," He said chuckling,
"Why don't we find a place where we can talk...all of us," Steve said as he motioned to James walking towards us,
"O-Okay," I said smacking myself in the face for stuttering,
"Come on," He said leading me away from the party,James was behind us,
The three of us got into the elevator, it was silent once we got off it was almost to the top, there was a living area, a bar you could see the city,
"Wow," I said
"Beautiful isn't it," James said,
"Yeah," I said
"Now come and sit," Steve said
James sat on the left of me and Steve on the right,
"Now I assume Steve explained everything to you right?" James said
I nodded,
"Great, we'd like to get to know you better so would you like to tell us you're story," James said
"My story?" I asked
"Yeah, how you became the way you are," Steve said
I nodded,
and so began a long night of telling them how my life started out and how I became the way I was
