i was resting when my ears caught something

"daddy why doesnt peter call you dad?" at that i widened my eyes and choked on air coughing vigouresly and looking towards morgan avoiding tonys eye at all cost

"what do you mean?" he said slowly his voice filled with shock and dripping with confusion she furrowed her eyebrows in confusion but of course being the stark she is she continued talking to tony

"if peters my brother, doesn't that mean he should call you dad? im very confused and its very weird to use your real name i mean how do you even do it? ton- blah it feels weird" for the first time i looked at tony i saw his eyes wide and i could see him gulp from a mile away then there was a burst of laughter in the room

i saw him look back down at morgan trying to decide the right words

"but peter is not...hes not really at that i panicked but bfore i could say anything she continued

"but mommy said that he was a stark just not by blood like how like how spider-man is ironmans son" and there it is i winced when I heard tonys heartbeat rising and turned my head where mogan was currently on tonys lap my brain screaming to not look at his face right now

"morgan i am begging you to stop"

"uh um..well mommy probably had a good excuse for uh 'ahem' that and um... no, spiderman and iron man arent...in *cough*that type of relationship"

"but..but the news says otherwise" at that my eyes widened as i remembered the article

'breaking news war machinen confirms spiderman and ironman related?

"teh...news?" His voiced hitched isaw his hands trembling and good lord if he saw mine

"yeah! there was this old article about how uncle Rodney went to spiderman to tell him that his dad was calling half an hour later iron-man showed up because spiderman was late really mad and-"

"okay that's enough of that you little miss are going to bed RIGHT now its getting late"

"oh no no no i want tto here the story" i banged my head on the coffee table and looked up at Rodney his eyes where blinking rapidly

"why would i?''

"i dont know apparently iron man said something funny to clint and that effected spiderman-" i got up and started walking to her

"so they started teasing him about ironman being spiderman's son and-'' i shoved my hand in on her mouth

"okay thats enough of that''i finally looked up at tony when i heard his pulse go faster and gulped his shoulders where tense mouth agape and was staring at Rodney who almost had the same expression i let out a breath and thats when Rodney decided to interrupt

"doesnt...doesnt peter hate tony?'' she licked my fingers and before I knew it my hand wasoff her scrunching up my nose at it

"i dont think so?...right but..i I don't know daddy never told me that he told him that'' at i froze....i never said it... my vision blurred with tears

'tony invented time travel for you'

'he..what?'

"scott you idiot!!'

"what he deserves to know that tony died for him he brought everyone back because of him int that sweet'

"scott would you just *slaps the back of his head*'

"peter honey are you okay?'

'is he lying?'

'...' i nodded at that that was all the answer i needed 

"i never told him i love you' she pursed her lips and looked away

I slowly got up and went to the elevator eyes wide and uncomprehending there was a blurry noise that sounded like peter but i couldn't hear it over tonys gasping breaths as he put on the gauntlet
