Isabelle Wayne works as a blood spatter analyst for the FBI. Taking blood samples from victims, examining the location and shape of blood drops, stains, puddles, and pools. Getting assigned to a BAU case was exciting, since it was essentially her position taken to the next level- what was even more exciting was meeting the team. Seeing the people she helped to save lives, they were like superheroes to her.
When she gets assigned with them to a case in Seattle, someone unexpected makes contact- sending a flood of repressed memories back into her mind.
