It's My Fault

My hand touched the white cold wood in front of me. It was getting difficult for me to breath maybe because of how much snot got stuck in my nose. I didn't pay much attention to the time, but I know I was standing and crying here for a while now. I wiped the tears that fell on the glass.

"I love you. I'm so sorry, love"

My mouth whispered these words as I look at my dead boyfriend in the coffin.

"It's not your fault." Johnny's mother stood beside me trying to comfort me.

I can feel Johnny's soul nearby. That made me even more emotional.

Oh mother, how I wish you knew; this was all my fault.
