Special People and Machines

Scouts

Scouts have more secure clothing, which is warm enough to explore the lands which has been called "Frostland". They are used to report any early warnings incase of an attack, or for scouting in cause there are any places where an outpost can be created to expand the city's operations until they have reached their limits.

Order Watchmen

The watchmen are followers (People Y/N created) and patrol the streets, mostly at night to see if there are anybody who could be planning something that could being instability. They wear civilian clothes to maintain secrecy.

Order Guards

The Guards are also followers, but some of them are people who arrived at the city who wished to be a part of the society that Y/N created. The Guards act has the city's police force, hunting down criminals.

Y/N personal guard/Secret Police

Whenever people see them, they go pale. No one wants to mess with these guard. They are heavy armored and armed with the strongest weapons that makes Atlas's military weapons look like a little bug.

They are both the Guard of Y/N, they where created by him to give him the best security that has ever existed by a god. They also perform secret duties that no one knows what is until it happens. Including taking out enemies of the city before any chaos happens. If the watchmen reports anything, they take care of it.

As Y/N's guards they have the strongest weapons, they dont need guns. Instead, they use far stronger swords which can cut into a Grimm's skull in one go and shield which can take extreme pressure without breaking.

Automaton

Automaton are robots that work on their own and can be assigned to one building and they will work 24 hours a day (They will need to recharge at a steam hub or the generator) like of they got assigned to a building to provide the generator power they can do it on their own without involvement of people.  They can not be armed, but they can withstand extreme cold.

Dreadnought

Dreadnoughts are large machines that can have supplies and people inside of its chambers for long term trips. It is not used by scouts since such a massive machine would be too expensive to make for each scout team. 

Its only used if another city will or is needed to be built, it will have people and supplies for basic building and can create a network of cities for a large kingdom, though it has not been done it is considered for expansion.

A dreadnought can lose some space for people or supplies for weapons if combat is needed, making an armed dreadnought the most protected, armed and mobile bunker ever created.
