Turtle sat there thinking about his friends. He knew that Qibli, Winter, and Kinkajou were dead, no one knew he was alive either. but what happened to moon? He thought. he suspected she was in Darkstalker's palace but he couldn't check because the palace was enchanted to keep most dragons out. Turtle realized he was sinking into the mud and stood up wiping his tears. He walked through the swamp to the barrel he kept to collect fresh rainwater he picked up a bucket and filled it with water and took it to the garden he used to farm vegetables and careful poured the water on his crops. "Wait a second!" he thought out loud "What about Peril? There's no way she'd let herself go down that easily." He ran back to his shack to write some ideas down
