• Alright so...no matter how cranky you are, how volatile your mood, or how pissy you can be- I'm convinced Kyojuro is the perfect man for the job
• Better than Tanjiro??? I think yes!
• Now don't get me wrong, he's gonna be taken aback by your sudden mood shift at first, maybe even the first couple times
• But after that? He's got it down pact
• He'll take it upon himself to not only study all your moods and quirks, but take mental notes on certain cues that let him know what's to come
• All while smiling and giving you compliments
• When you're sad, he'll tell you incredibly terrible jokes or go out and buy your favorite sweet/snack
• Will 10000% let you use him as a tissue and hold you securely in his arms the entire time
• When you're angry, he'll let you scream and yell till your heart's content and then some, even goes as far as offering to spar with you to blow off some steam- which more often than not ends with him dramatically falling to the ground in mock defeat
• If that doesn't work, he'll suggest going to the highest point of whatever location you guys are in and yelling into the void
• He'll do it with you too, just for kicks
• If you happen to be feeling confrontational, he'll meet every attempt you make to rile him up with smile and leave it at that
• He knows you're trying to piss him off but he like...doesn't get angry??? At least, not very often (Mitsuri has only ever seen him angry like twice in the entire time she's trained under him)
• When you don't wanna be touched, he's admittedly a little hurt but more than a little understanding and asks if you'd like him to leave you alone for a while
• During this time however, he'll periodically and silently check on you, making sure you have water or tea and slides little slips of paper with little hearts draw on them under the door for you to find (You know, cause he's a dork)
• If you're in one of those "I can't stand myself.." funks, he will not hesitate to list off the many reasons why he fell in love with you and what he likes most about you
• It's a pretty extensive list, not gonna lie
• But that works just fine for him because he's not stopping until you've got a smile on your face!
• If you happen to be in one of your moods while he's on mission, he sort of just knows and writes you a crapton of letters that always start with 'I miss you so much' and end with 'I'll be back as soon as I can!' (but honestly, even if you weren't in a mood he'd probably still write you those letters)
• Always comes back with an armful of completely unnecessary gifts and souvenirs, which he pushes to the side so that he can stand there with his arms wide open and a huge smile on his face
• Fully condones and encourages jumping into his beefy arms
• As excited as he is to see you, there's no way he won't catch you
