What this is saying, if you don't want to/can't wade through all the legal talk, is that Disney effectively owns our fan works (fanfiction, fan art, etc) for any and all of their properties, and can take them from us to use them without notification or credit given to us at any time.

Because of this, I will be taking down my Marvel series and my Stargirls series for the foreseeable future. I don't want Disney taking my work. I've worked hard on these stories, and I love them dearly. I hope eventually I'll be able to put them up again, but for now, they will be unpublished. I suggest you all consider doing the same.
