THE KEYS TO SIENNA'S SHOP SHOOK IN ANISSA'S HANDS as she tried to unlock the door. When the keys finally enter the lock she pushes hard and runs towards the large freezer that held all ice related items.
Ice bag... Ice-cream... Ice- nevermind... ew ICE PACKS!
Anissa took the ice pack and slapped it onto John B's eye, immediately regretting it when he winces in pain "Sorry"
JJ grabs more ice packs to place of John B's torso and knuckles and Anissa goes to sit next to Kiara on the counter while Pope ranted to JJ about how stupid he was for bringing 'the' gun to the boneyard.
"Yeah it's a gun but what did you guys mean by 'we have to stay incognito' and stuff" Anissa asks reaching behind her for a lollipop.
And Kiara explained it all. From John B's father going missing nine months ago and his situation to the boat to them finding the keys and going to the motel. John B and JJ finding wads of cash and a gun then the cops heading into the room 'investigating' it.
"Holy shit you guys are in deep" Kiara nods "Well I won't say a word and I'm here for you guys if you need me" Anissa finishes with a smile.
Kiara shakes her head "I have a feeling that this is going to turn really bad really fast and I don't want you getting caught up in stuff like this or getting hurt"
"Not to brag or anything but I can handle shit" Kiara gave her a look "I can, seriously. My mother wasn't the best she used to... you know and the only good thing that came out of it was that I learnt how to protect myself after a while. I handled it"
"You didn't" and she drags her finger across her neck making a sound making Anissa chuckle
"No I didn't kill her, I just somehow got her so pissed off about me running away that she sent me here away from her and her pervy boyfriend" Anissa tells Kiara but when she looks over to the other girl she sees her with pity in her eyes "I'm fine promise"
"If you need anything I'm here"
"Same" Anissa replies and Kiara gives her a side hug. "I need your number now"
"You would've gotten it if you didn't leave the restaurant so quickly on your first day" Anissa gasps sarcastically
"Really?! On my first day?! Urgh I'm so lucky" Kiara mutters a 'shut up' and takes out her phone giving it to Anissa while Anissa did the same. The pair both saved each other's numbers into their phones and gave it a tester call to make sure it was right.
