"Kagome, Kagome... I'm fine. C'mon, I'm fine. Ugh, Inuyasha, tell her, will you?"
It's twilight, yet Kagome's still whimpering on my shoulder.
Suddenly, a little boy walks into the room, accompanied by Kaede. Straight away I know he's a demon - with a fox smell? My eyes catch a glimse of his tail.
Aha - a Kitsune! Like Ai... I look away from the little boy, trying not to remember my best friend's death.
"Kags, get off." I push Kagome off, then look the Kitsune right in the eye. Now that I know Kagome's my family, and I know Inuyasha a little better, I can act freely around them, unlike with Sesshomaru. When I was with Sesshomaru, I had to be careful - a dutiful, strong, silent mate he was looking for, not a chatterbox."So, who the hell are you?"
"Ri!" Kagome looks fully recovered not, not as if she's been crying.
