CENTRALIA AND WILLOW GROVE HAVE ANOTHER GHOST BUDDY- Here's her story:
Bodie became a boom town in 1876 after the discovery of a profitable line of gold; by 1879 it had a population of 5,000-7,000. The town went into decline in the subsequent decades and came to be described as a ghost town by 1915. Bodie hadn't quite became a ghost town yet(I dunno why tho-). By the end of the 1940s, Bodie was a ghost town and was only visited by tourists interested in its history. In 1962, after years of neglect, Bodie became a State Historic Park, and two years later the ghost town of Bodie was dedicated as a California Historic Site. In 1917, the Bodie Railway was abandoned and its iron tracks were scrapped. The last mine closed in 1942, due to War Production Board order L-208, shutting down all nonessential gold mines in the US. Mining never resumed. The first label of Bodie as a "ghost town" was in 1915. Bodie also registered the nation's lowest day temperature 71 times in 1999. The curse of Bodie is a simple one: If you steal from the town, bad luck will follow you wherever you go until the stolen items are returned.
AND I SAY I'M NOT INTO HISTORY XD
Bodie didn't have a flag, so here's the one I designed-:
