面包 (Miànbāo) : bread

肉丸 (Ròu wán) : meatball

炸 (Zhà) means fried. It is placed before the name of the food that is fried. In english you say fried chicken, it is the same in Chinese (炸鸡), you don't say chicken fried.

肉 (rou) means meat. There are different types of meat:
牛肉 (Niúròu) : beef
鸡肉 (Jīròu) : chicken
羊肉 (Yángròu) : lamb
鱼肉 (Yúròu) : fish

Of course when it comes to ordering food or drinks, you might want to adjust the taste of it.
甜 (Tián) : sweet
酸 (Suān) : sour
辣 (Là) : spicy
咸 (Xián) : salty
苦 (Kǔ) : bitter
糖 (Táng) : sugar
盐 (Yán) : salt

You can say...
- Less sugar
- 少糖
- Shǎo táng
