After the shocking incident, Emily now has a choice between following David despite Brittany's commands not to, or to keep up with what Lauren is planning for her. The truth is that, she knows either choice she makes would leave to consequences. She runs in the hallway in tears, leading to Robert following her. Emily explains to Robert what Lauren did to her earlier, and he is shocked to hear about it. Emily not only feels trapped, but also... confused.
Meanwhile, Brittany is hanging out with Melanie and Sarah, as she has come to terms to believe that Emily is trying to steal David away from her. So the three girls are hatching a plan to get rid of Emily before she takes her chance with David. Melanie agrees with Brittany's brilliant idea, but Sarah on the other hand, thinks otherwise. Meanwhile, David is feeling uneasy with Brittany's jealousy, and he invites Emily to a cafe. Lauren is somehow spying on them and looks scared for some reason.
