At the nurse, Emily holds onto David's hand, worried about him and he soon wakes up and smiles at her. He puts an ice pack on his eye and apologizes for Brittany's behavior, since he had no idea she was capable of doing anything like that. Emily is reluctant at first to trust David, but realizing that he is genuinely telling the truth, she gives him a huge hug and begins to tear up. It seems that Emily finally got her wish, which is to go on another date with David.
Meanwhile, Lauren and Robert are in a cafe together while they discuss how Brittany crossed the line and that she should be punished for it. Robert soon changes the subject to why he seduced Emily to begin with. Lauren sighs and explains that at first she only wanted to prepare her for her date with David. However, she soon gets to the point where she confesses that she soon realizes that Emily is her true love. Robert tells her that if she loves her, she will have to let her go, and Lauren wasn't sure about this. But soon she sadly agrees and she starts to look for her.
