{ my ab routine for a toned stomach }

even though exercise sucks at times, I feel better for it and energised if I workout in the morning. I've been doing less ab workouts and more runs lately, but again, it doesn't matter what kind of workout I do as long as I'm moving lol. 

sometimes I follow the '2 week ab challenge' by Chloe Ting but I tend to stick to my own routine. this works for me, and it may not suit you or your preferences so feel free to grab ideas from my routine and make it your own xo

I do like to switch up my workouts but here's what it loosely INCLUDES, i do not do all of these in one go lol, i ain't that strong sis; 

30 squats (these r more for thighs lol)

1 min plank

1 min side plank (do left then right)

20 donkey kick pulses (do each leg.)

up and down plank for 30 seconds 

10 pushups

30 crunches, usually 2 sets (including a break in between sets)

15 leg raises.

burpees for a minute. 

russian twists for 30 seconds. 

mountain climbers for 30 seconds
