Yeah I'm a my hero academia fan, so what? Who are you to judge? Anyways onto the ideas

Quirk: Delirium

Quirk effect: Anyone within a 1-50 Ft. Radius experience the following
Hallucinations, auditory hallucinations, extreme migraines, blurry vision, and nausea.

Quirk downsides: This quirk is triggered by the user having a headache, so if you don't have a headache, you don't have a quirk, and teh distance of the quirk is affected on how bad the quirk is, so a small pain would be about two to three feet, a migraine can reach so far as fifty feet.

Quirk: Jam

Quirk effects: The user of this quirk can become either stronger, or faster, or both depending on what music they're listening to. The harder the bass hits, the harder they hit, the faster the tempo, the faster they are.

Quirk downsides: The quirk is ONLY triggered by music, so no music, so powers, and music sang by the user has no effect. The music they're listening to, like hip hop, rap, jazz, changed their personality as well. So rap makes them a gangster, jazz makes them flirty, orchestral makes them a gentleman, hip hop makes them prideful and cocky and passionate, blues makes them a sad, rock makes them loud and happy, metal makes them rough and mean, death metal makes them edgy and emo, and so on.

Quirk: Respawn

Quirk effect: If the user dies via a fight, accident, etc, if they have enough willpower they will appear in the place they last rested in with all their injuries healed.

Quirk downsides: the user is as strong as any other quirkless human, like deku before he got one for all. The users strength can only be gained by exercise and the user can not gain any quirks liek, withe deku still as an example, how deku got one for all.

Quirk: Scrapper

Quirk effect: The user, just so long as they have the materials, can build anything in an instant. No matter what it is, a gun? Instantly built. A rocket ship? Built instantly.

Quirk downsides: The user must have a working clear blueprint of what they have to build infront of them, they also have to know how what they're building works in and out.

Quirk: Adrenaline

Quirk effect: The more injured, or in pain, the user is, the stronger and faster they are. Simple really

Quirk downsides: The user still feels the pains nd is still effected by the injuries, so they can't just shrug off a broken leg like it's a simple paper cut it still hurts like hell.

Quirk: Gunslinger

Quirk effect: the user is an expert will every kind of fire arm, and whenever the chamber is loaded or a clip is loaded into the gun the chamber and clip never run out of ammo.

Quirk downsides: the user may be an expert with guns but how they treat the gun depends on them, if theyre not careful and don't care for their gun it will break. Also if they don't have a gun their quirk does litteraly nothing to help them.
