The gated Mansion was full of guards.
"Mom, do you have to force me to go to Princeton. They're full of homosexuals. And they're...you know...", Rich complained.
"Harvard is expensive".
"Dad, do something".
"Stop being a fucking whiny Queen like she is".
"This is outrageous! Me; me! I am going to Harvard. And that's where the rich frat boys go. And they get degrees; they get trophy wives; they get sex".
"That's enough, Rich. Look, we have a lot of money. Behavioral standards apply". She applied red colored lipstick on her luscious mouth; she checked her if her breasts were covered up, as her red dress fell down her slender body.
"But...I vow to uphold the Phi Kappa Kappa traditions, Mom. And you're behaving like Grandma was back in 1973 when she was unceremoniously taken out of Delta Delta Delta Sorority House because she objected to Mindy Svokren being the President. And was a lesbian". He waited for a response.
"Lesbians have have their parades, be on TV, made movies...And pretend to have their lobby greet them like false Popularity Rulers. I had an Avon Lady come to my front door...And she informed me to get as many cosmetics as possible because my face was blotchy. And she was right! Women need to spend $US100,000 a year to be themselves...Otherwise, we're nothing! And I don't want anymore fuck ups, Rich".
"I'm sorry...but the mixed messages...".
"Your Mom, Rich, is...going to the other side".
"What! Is she a lesbian?", he asked, outraged.
"She's lesbian-curious. It's my fault since I was inattentive at home. Once we got so drunk, she was knocked up in our dorm room. And that was a long time ago. After your birth, we sobered up. We had high paying jobs. And we got this Mansion for $US4 million dollars. And we're sure that you'll love Princeton".
"Is this a joke, Dad".
"No!".
"This is my time to shine".
"No, son. You must go. It's for your own good".
"No!".
And he sulked until the driver, Forbes, drove down the elegant front driveway, past the Greek statues, and towards the front entrance...that lead to the base of Rich's bedroom...which was covered in pink curtains that was drawn up by his Mom in the event of her only son's leaving home during January of 2015.

"My room is pink, Mom!".
"We thought Alison could have your room".
"But...it's pink. She...".
"She knows she wants a bigger space; she knows you're leaving to go to Princeton". Rich glared at her.
"Harvard is the place where a lot of High Society frat boys dream of going. And make millions of dollars".
"Princeton".
"Harvard! Or else I'll never see you, Dad, or Alison again".
"Don't force us...".
And he grabbed his luggage out of the huge closet...And packed his clothes, underwear, I-phone 6, wallet, and other personal items...And left the Mansion for the final time.
