Understand Me please

i have now been in the glade just under four weeks well four weeks in about a day or two

i woke up to shuffling on newts side of the room so i sat up not looking just in case he was getting changed i grab my guitar and sat quietly playing a song i remember as stitches but as soon i got to the chorus for the second time i hear newt coming over to me he stops a meter away and " morning love sorry if i woke you oh and when will you let me read the original song ." my jaw dropped and i shook my head saying " i will never let you read any of my originals only one other person can apart from me and someone you know and as a matter of fact you speak to this person and he helps me write some of them from time to time and names to odd one or two "

i knew this would annoy him but what he did shocked me as he went over to my part of the draws and picked up my note book on to one of the sections and starts to read and spoke " ahhh now i get it this is the song you were just playing it's called stitches isn't it " i nodded and said thankful that it was the song not anything else that I did

" well yeah but that's only the songs i remember and you newtie don't have permission to go through my note book so give it here "

he did as i said with an adorable pout as he  then requested" hey can you sing some of that original song you talked about last night " i nodded and sang him the chorus and stopped before putting my note book back down and kicked newt out so i could change i only had one outfit  left and it happens to be all black .

yay i am going to be boiling i thought to myself i change my t-shirt with the black top which is a little small  and then pull of the old pair of shorts i now use for bed and put on the small scrap of black denim shorts that i barely class as shorts since they just about cover my arse when I don't crouch or bend over with about a half inch or so before the fabric stops.  i then place on my black still polished well combats and tie them as tight as possible .

i sat down at breakfast and felt extremely uncomfortable in the shorts and low cut short sleeved top that i was wearing . it showed of a lot my cleavage and i didn't like it. Much . i saw newt sit next to me and knowing his hoodie is huge on me i without thinking asked

" hey newtie do you mind if i wear your hoodie because i don't feel exactly comfortable in these shorts as they are a bit to short for my liking and the rest are all soggy since i washed them early this morning since i couldn't sleep?" he nodded in reply and as he was taking it of i kinda started staring at his chest as his orange tank rose up a bit showing me his six pack and his straining biceps as he took it off  but i quickly snapped out of it and thanked him before putting it on i stood as i did and it reached to my mid thigh and i felt a little better because i knew my shorts were hidden .

then out of the blue newt said " love you suit my hoodie ." i looked down thankful for my note book back in my hands so they didn't shake and i said " no i don't not really."i looked at minho who was laughing by now and i took the pencil out of the book  threw it at him and  he yelped as i said giggling

" Min min  thanks you just inspired the name of a new song i was working on ." newt caught on and said " so love this is the only other person who can read the songs you write   i am a bit annoyed it was minho i kinda expected it to be tommy or chuck but not him ." so i sassily retorted with " ya it took so long i have came up with a new name for one of my four originals i wrote ." then Minho burst out laughing making the other gladers give us dirty looks

after calming down alby said that there was to be a gathering about what job i could do since i was injured in slicers so i couldn't walk for a few days  and in the builders i ended up with a bad concussion due to gally making me work on a roof before cutting trees and one of his friends push me off it so i hit my head and a broken rib again also i got a burn in the kitchen which was mild and i was good at every job expect i had not done the runners yet . It's like I am accident prone or something

after i arrived in the gathering room alby states " Toni don't speak till you are told to answer a question and now everyone tell me why you think she is good for your job and have a reason and one at a time ."i nod quickly whilst crossing over my legs and he muttered out a quick " good that " before starting the gathering

the the boys took it in turn
first was  winston : " i think she should be a slicer because she is better than most of the lads here even thought she did get injured sorry about that toni "
few others went prattling on about why i should be in job but gally went next and i was shocked as he said " i think toni should be a builder as she managed to build a bed and it works as well as a couple of fences before her water break whilst it took the other lads from lunch till dinners and then the next day  for the fences she is a very strong girl and i'm not saying this since she so called beat me up i am saying this as it is true i am not gonna lie but there is a small possibility that she is stronger than me ."

the second to last zart went saying " she is a natural and did over half the things newt did in the whole day the day before in the morning before lunch she is so good and she is the best greenie we have had in a long time ."

but when minho went said " i am not trying to flatter her but she is the strongest girl and well person in the glade and i think that she may be faster than me i am not sure since you won't let her try out for runners but i do think she has a potential to be a runner she may be better than me if we give her the chance ."

he was interrupted by a scream and that's when i saw ben and thomas i sprinted over and got ben off of thomas and i asked if he was alright and i asked ben if  he is ok all he said is " toni and thomas this is all you fault you did this both off you ." he then punched me in the eye and i asked for thomas to hold him down he did by sitting on him holding his arms with his hand either side of bens body alby came and pinned down his legs and told me " lift his shirt " i did and said " that explains it " i looked to alby before continuing " ably he's been stung "  i knew this since there was a small lecture i was given as a medjacks about the symptoms of being stung

then the greenie alarm went of and i ran towards the box and took of newts hoodie since it was boiling completely forgetting the shortness of my shorts and shirt .

i opened the box as everyone was now surrounding the box me and newt had helped and he the said " it's a bloody girl again but she looks dead ." by this point i jumped in the box and read out the note to newt and everyone " she's the last one ever " "what's that supposed to mean" and i added on to reassure the gladers  " oh and she's alive " i pulled my self out and replaced the hoodie back on since the boys were still gawking at my shorts and shirt  . when the girl shouts

"Toni , Tomas everything is going to change " she then fell in to a coma so i hopped back down picked her up bridal style and gave her to newt whilst i climb out again then i took her to clint and jeff and explained what when on but not in detail so i said about her arriving and the at she has very faint pulse and is in a coma then they both said i should consider being a medjack even if it is in my days off so i said i would think about it and went back to the gathering .
ably said " toni i am allowing you to do the runners test ."
