Black Fire

Darkest Fire of our dreams

Is never truly what it seems,

Honestly not meaning well,

This is the fire out of Hell.

Let me burn and let me bleed,

Oh, darkness take away your seed.

I never asked for this to come,

But surprises happen to the sinful sum.

If I could go back and change my fate,

Believe me, I wouldn't wait.

To go back to the way things used to be,

The only thing I'd change is me.

What use is knowledge without power,

or without love blooming like a flower.

The things of this world I do not seek,

but yet temptation pulls me at its peak.

Blackest fire! Black fire everywhere!

Yet for some reason, I do not care.

Darkest fire! Dark fire to burn my skin,

Punishment for the evil deep within.
