Third person

Her eyes drifted open slowly, the harsh light above her doubling, tripling even as she tried to blink away the delayed effect she saw "..pey?..peyton?.." she mumbled quietly

A figure appeared by her door, Corey. "Guys she's awake" he turned around to the group behind him before heading over to Sabrina "sab?" Rowan joined his side, looking down to her bruised best friend

Her lip trembled "wh-what happened?" She looked around the four slowly, trying her best to keep her head still "you were in a car accident remember..? a few days ago?" Ceci replied quietly as she tried to not overwhelm the girl

Sabrinas eyes widened, "baby slow down!" She grabbed the side of her seat "it's not my fault, it's not my fault"..."I love you baby"..

"Where is he? I need to see him, where is he?" Tears poured out of her eyes quickly as she looked around the room to see he wasn't beside her "sab.." Corey trailed off. She looked to him heartbroken, her chest bouncing up and down as she took deep breaths to calm down her hyperventilating

"You need to calm down Sabrina..lie down.." Ceci urged her gently "No! Where is he! I need to see him! I love him!" She argued "we know you love him, we do, but you can't see him if you aren't feeling better so the quicker you heal, the quicker you can see him" Ceci replied soothingly

Sabrina obeyed, biting down on her lip and resting her head against the pillow "Oh good! You're awake!" The doctor came into the room, attaching himself to the side of the bed

"I..I wanna see him.." she pleaded, a pout on her face "Miss Carpenter, have your friends explained your boyfriends state?" He asked. She shook her head slightly, a small pain from whiplash stinging her

"Right..Mr Meyer sustained more injuries from the crash then you did..he went into surgery when you both arrived to remove glass that had cut into his lower abdomen..he has also broken his wrist and had to get stitches on his jaw similar to the ones you have on your forehead.." he pointed to her cut

Sabrinas lips trembled as she tried her hardest not to cry "is he going to be okay?" She asked sadly. The doctor frowned "we think so. His heart rate hasn't picked up and he's still under general anaesthetic..once that starts to wear off we will be able to give you a better indication of how he will be" he explained

"I'm going to get them to bring you in food and then once your done we will do a few tests to see how your muscles and whiplash is healing..remember to rest and don't move too much" he stood up from the bed and left the room, only to have a food cart wheeled in moments later

"Can you take me to see him?" Sabrina pleaded to Corey. He shook his head "I really want to, brini, but you heard him..Peyton isn't awake yet" he smiled sympathetically
