Classic Emily was once a very well respected lieutenant and even close to taking Undyne's place in the ranks. She gave up everything for her brother Jeremy when her father and her father's best friend went missing.
Military wise, she'd relate to Fell and often share stories with him. The two would also use each other to cope with their past and what they had to see.
She also relates to WingDing to losing a family member, though she didn't see her father get murdered. The two would talk briefly about their parents and just ask each other if they're ok time to time.
