Its the day that- Konichiwa minasan! I was inspired by kyojuro_san comment and so i decided to make it all come true enjoy!
Y/n and kyojuro have known each other for 4 long years and they loved each other very dearly until...
Do you think y/n will like it? I dont know brother, but please give it your all. Yeah its y/n were talking about, and why the hell did i come here?
Y/n POV Today is just a normal day just like any other but for some reason kyojuro, senjuro and their father said they will go to the market of course i dindt decline but why? We still have a lot of food but just no sweet potatoes because someone likes eating it 24/7 maybe thats why *sigh* oh well. I decided to do my chores the household is huge and it needs to be taken care of. I started sweeping the floor until I got to the kitchen i was curious what day it is so i looked into the calendar, maybe to give me clues why they left (detective y/n -_-'') "hmm lets see" i flipped up the page to see a circle that indicated the date i was shocked to see it on the number 25 because thats the day of the festival maybe thats why? i cant just jump into conclusions *sigh* i continued to sweep the floor again.
Readers POV As y/n continued her work she slowly forgot the festival and the whole why kyojuro being off thing. A few hours past.
A knock on the door *knock* *knock* y/n noticed it, she stoped her work and mumbled "who could that be?" a booming voice filled the room "were home" y/n came hugging her beloved Y/n:"what took you so long kyojuro?" Kyojuro:just a delay He said while scratching the back of his head "oh y/n" he said "yes?" u turned around "i got you a little something" he said "oh thank you and what could that be?" she said pointing on the bag that was on the side of the room *cough* "kyojuro are you ok?" she said rubbing his back "*cough* im ok but may you please get me some water?" she nodded while running towards the kitchen to get some. Meanwhile senjuro and shinjuro went in there separate ways not wanting to disturb them. "here" she handed the glass of water to him "thank you" he gulped the water slowly "y/n" he said after finishing the glass "yes?" she looked at him "would you like to come with me to the festival?" "sure when does it start?" "about 30 minutes later" she zoomed into their shared bedroom looking for a nice kimono to wear.
Y/n POV "where is it" i said as tears falling on my face "y/n" i heard my lovers i looked at him with a sad and confused face. "here maybe this will work"he showed me a bag that was filled with cloth when i pulled it up it revealed a stunning (color) kimono with some (pattern) patterns," wow kyojuro where did this come from?" you looked at the kimono then him" from me, senjuro and father do you like it?" he said scratching the back of his head" i love it thank you very much" i walked to him and gave him a big bear hug. "oh look at the time shall we go?" "sure! But how about senjuro and-" you said after being cut off by him "they'll be fine they said they will come later" both of you zoomed out of the door seeing beautiful lanterns and stalls.
Y/n:Wow!! Beautiful Kyojuro:here come with me. He pulled your wrist going to a certain stall that was selling your favorite snack Kyojuro:do you want one? i know its your favorite. Y/n:s-sure thank you
While eating you guys walked some more around the festival. Seeing all the colorful lights it was perfect. "y/n come with me there is something i wish to show you" he pulled your and started running not even waiting for your reply "wait where are we going already weve barley arrived?" you said as you catch your breath for his fast pace wanting to catch up "you'll see" he soon fasten his pace while swiftly avoiding the crowd you almost couldn't catch up with him, you and kyojuro have been running like this for about 5 minutes until kyojuro stopped soon you realised you were at the foot of a staircase not just any staircase it was long you couldn't see the top of it even
"so high" you were mesmerised by the sight "come on" he said and you to your surprise he was already a few steps away but lended you a hand "but what if i fall?" you said hesitantly "take my hand and i promise ill keep you safe" he softly spoke with those words of encouragement you placed your hand intert yours both of you started walking towards the top. A few large steps your vision began to blur soon you almost blacked out but saved by two warm arms "kyojuro its ok you can put me down" you said clinging on to him not want him to see your face "anything for you" he soon put you down but kept you close not wanting you to almost faint again.

"were here y/n" you glimpse at the beautiful sight before you there stood a sakura tree proudly blooming a soft pink tint in every blossom and some dancing in the flow of the wind. The air of silence broke "y/n come here" he said while patting on the grass you glady sat down with him enjoying the wonderful view of the village "hey y/n" he said while holding both of your hands "did you know why you have to climb a long stair case just to get to this lovely view?" he said with a light pink tint on his cheeks, you also blushed from the sudden question "why?" you ask "because this so happens to be our life together, i wanna be with you on every step even if you fall and even if you cry i always want to be with you and only you, and because your the reason for the smile on my face today and on this lovely night im asking you to put it there forever" he closed his eyes and started to cry you were just shocked that you also cried happy tears, he wiped away his tears and started to kneel one one knee he looked up at you and he took a small black box he opened it there a simple diamond ring in it "y/n l/n will you marry me?" he said lovingly and sweetly "yes Rengoku Kyojuro! 💕" was your answer a shocked yet happy face was his reaction he placed the ring on your ring finger raised up from the ground picked you up as you started to twirl around with the wind, he stoped as you placed both of your hands to his cheeks as your forehead met with his
