"I wouldn't be surprised if he got attacked today," Shuichi says
"Come on don't be like that, he's an easy target we all know that"
A phone goes off, it was Kokichi's. His phone was sitting on the counter, I quickly pick it up and look at the screen. There was a bunch of messages, I open the phone and go to all of his messages.
There was a contact named 'Kaito' with a red X next to it, I was confused. The messages were coming from there so I didn't understand why he wouldn't be answering him- well Kaito is an asshole and he bully's for no reason. But why would he know him? He just came to our school and Kaito has been here for a few years.
I begin to scroll through the text from the top, there was a video I click on it and the video began to play, it was Kaito trying to skateboard, he fell off and the skateboard rolled away, Kokichi quickly ran over and helped Kaito up then ran over and grabs the skateboard, walking back to Kaito handing him the board. Kaito set it down then got back onto it. Kokichi helped him keep his balance. I scrolled down and came across this text
'i can't believe you did that, asshole!'
'Kaito I didn't mean to'
'I'll kill you Kokichi, And I'm not joking'
I keep scrolling and find another video. It seemed like security camera footage. My eyes widen
Kaito was shaking Kokichi violently, Kaito Started punching him hard. Kokichi fell to the ground and began to kick him. I quickly turn off the phone and set it back down on the counter.
Kokichi walks downstairs and into the kitchen
Kokichi looks at Shuichi and walks over to him and begins to unbutton his shirt.
"what are you doing kokichi?" I ask confused and surprised.
Kokichi blushed deeply as he re-buttoned Shuichi's school uniform shirt.
"h-his buttons we're m-messed up..."
Kokichi walks away and down the basement stairs.
I put his hands on his head, stressed
Kaede and Miu walk downstairs and into the kitchen
"Hey Rantaro, what's wrong?" Kaede says
"It's Kokichi, I think something's going on between him and Kaito but I'm not sure"
"Well we could ask him about it," Kaede says
"Wait did you go through his phone Rantaro?!" Miu questions
"Yes I did, and I'm glad I did"
Miu picks up the phone and begins to look through it
She seemed amused
"You only when through his messages with Kaito right?" She asks
"Yeah, why?"
She turns the phone to its side and shows a picture to Rantaro
It was 5 people including Kokichi, 3 of them had skateboards, Kokichi and some other guy had on rollerskates. All of them had their faces crossed off except for Kokichi but it had words around it

'Liar'
He could t have done this himself...
Miu turned the phone back upright and looked at it scrolling through it again.
She turns off and sets down his phone on the counter
A moment later Kokichi walks up from the basement and into the kitchen
"were going to head to school"
"See you guys there," Kaede says as they walk out of the house shutting the door behind them.

Rantaro begins to walk into the living room and I follow him
"So Kokichi, could I ask you a few questions?"
"Oh um...s-sure"
I follow Rantaro upstairs and into his room
The walls were a soft grey, his bed covers was a medium grey
He had danganronpa posters, and pictures of Miu, Kaede, Shuichi and himself, a few music note papers, he had a small shelf with figures on it. His room was pretty plain but it was clean.
He began to undress
"Do you know Kaito personally?" He asks
"I did..."
"did he always bully you?"
"no..."
"Did you date?"
"No"
"Did he hurt you" Rantaro said, his tone was getting more serious
"Yes"
"How much do you weigh"
That question caught me off guard
"Because it's clearly not a lot"
I look down at the floor
He walks over and grabs my wrists and pushes me up against the wall
I look at him shocked
He was leaning over me slightly, I guess it's because I'm so short but I didn't know what to do
I lean up slightly and press my lips against his, his eyes widen and his grip loosens on my wrists.
I quickly slip out of his grip and run away, out his door and down the stairs. I trip and fall down the stairs, quickly stand up and run into the kitchen, grabbing my phone and running out of the house. I stop on the walkway to the house, K1b0 and Kaito were standing on the sidewalk
I didn't know what to do I run away and down the street towards the school.
When I got to the school I was out of breath, I stood in the hallway.
Nobody was really in the school yet, there were a few clubs going right now but not a lot of people are in those clubs
I stand up straight and begin to walk down the hall
Someone comes running up behind me and covers my eyes with their hands
"Guess who" it sounded like Maki
"M-Maki?"
She uncovers my eyes and stands in front of me
"Your right!" she says with a small giggle and a smile
"So how have you been?" She asks
"I-I'm okay-"
"I can't believe you! You still can't speak a proper sentence" she says jokingly
"I-I think I should get going...I don't want to make Kaito m-mad..."
"He won't let it go..." she says
"He was standing outside my door this m-morning...a-anyway, why are you here so e-early?"
"I come early every morning, just to walk around the school"
"Oh..."
"I haven't seen you in a while, let a-alone talk to you..."
"Yeah, me and Kaito are still dating. I wish things were different between you two, like it used to be"
"Yeah...I don't think the bullying will stop now that I-I'm here..."
"Well we can still hope for the best right," she says
"Mhm..."
"Anyway I have to get going, see you later!" She says cheerfully and walks off
I stand and watch her walk-off
