Luciano's pov

"Don, non pensi che questo potrebbe andare storto?" Translation: Don, don't you think this could go wrong?. Nicolo asks from the passenger seat. Letting out a puff of smoke I move my cigar down as I looked out at window, passing by brick apartments. Choosing not to look at him I shook my head at him slightly. I understand where he's trying to get at but in my eyes nothing could go wrong. I can gain a lot of support and possibly make other allies or I would make more enemies.

"Qual'è la tua opinione." Translation: What's your opinion.

"Quattro cose, due risultati nella morte, uno con violenza e possibili rapimenti e uno con buoni risultati. Anche se si tratta di buoni risultati, c'è una possibilità che molti non accetteranno e ti vedranno indegna. Violatore di regole." Translation: Four things, two results in death, one with violence and possible kidnapping, and one with good outcomes. Even if it comes to good outcomes there's a possibility that many won't accept and will see you unworthy. Rule breaker.
A small chuckle escaped past my lips. Turning to look at him I examine him through the rear view mirror. I wasn't sure if he was being ignorant or stupid.

In our famiglia we don't accept outsiders, anyone that's outside of Italy or our famiglia and it's a major thing if it does happen. As the boss you are either allowed to marry by an arranged marriage, within the famiglia, or someone that's italian. No fakes. Everyone that's working for me are trusted, especially since their parents worked for mine and past generations of mobsters. Everyone is under the impression that she will be working as a housekeeper except my consigliere, Nicolo.

"Lei è italiana." Translation: She's Italian. Bringin the cigar up to my mouth I let him sink in the new information. I've only been with her two time but I knew she understood  me when I spoke to her in Italian. She may not speak lot of it but there was a slight accent that sounded lovely when she spoke softly to me. The moment I laid my eyes on her, her features screamed italian. She was beautiful. Alluring and charming.
Her beautiful black hair went wonderful with her ocean eyes. Her medium cream colored skin was flawless, light freckles could be seen on her beautiful skin. Those irresistible lips; kissable. Soft and natural.

Minutes passed by as we slowly parallel parked in front of a complex, assuming that she lived around there. Getting out my burner phone I dialed her phone number as I took another puff of the cigar. Hearing it ring I step out of the vehicle, along with my underboss, Lorenzo.
Hearing the other end answer and a soft 'hello' was asked.

"I'm outside bellissima." Translation: Beautiful. Hearing her stutter she hung up quickly, making me adore her even more. Leaning against the car along with Lorenzo I talked to him, making sure everything was set and done for new york. I don't leave unfinished business behind, its poor of me if I do and reflects how my famiglia will be seen.

Seeing the front door popping open I saw a little girl kicking a suitcase down the small steps and smiling as if it were a accomplishment.
"Sei seria Angelina?!" Translation: Are you serious Angelina?! Looking behind her she raised her arms in defense. I let out a chuckle as the girl just hops down and pushes the suitcase. Finally looking up her smile fades as her eyes meet mine.

Standing up right I fix my dress shirt, taking another puff I walked up to her. Blowing out the smoke I greeted her.
"Hello-"

"-You're her new boss?!" Raising an eyebrow up I tried not to say anything bad, I don't like it when someone interrupts me. I nod my head at her, looking up I noticed my preziosa exiting the door with a duffle bag on her hands. The way the sun hit her made her seem like a goddess... My goddess to be exact.
Without saying another word to the girl I walk over to Elena. As if she sensed me she looked up. She looked a little flustered but I didn't mind, she looked bellissima. Translation: Beautiful. Reaching over I grabbed her duffle bag from her hands without a word and lead her to the car. Giving a hug to the girl she bides her farewells to her before getting in. Placing the bag and the suitcase in the back I throw away my cigar and get in the vehicle.

Within an hour we managed to arrive at the small airport where my private jet arrived. Exiting the vehicle I offer my hand for Elena as she was getting out. A small smile appeared on her face as she took a hold of my hand. Noticing a bag handler grabbing the bags I whistle at him, his attention on me then at Lorenzo. Tossing the keys at him he catches them and returns a nod at the both of us before he rushed to get everything ready.

"Are you ready for a new life?" Looking down at her I placed my hand on her lower back as I led her towards the jet. A soft yes was heard as she stared down her feet.

"Don't be afraid bellissima, I'll be there whenever you need it."

Elenas pov

Looking out of the window I sit there in awe at the view from down below. The water was beautiful, being a cerulean blue as it was clear from down below. Hopefully I get the chance to swim in the ocean.
As the jet slowly went lower to the ground I grabbed ahold of the seat, nervous and scared. I've never got to ride in a jet, let alone be in a airplane. We could never afford such things and I wasn't missing out, this is scary. Letting out small breathes I tried to calm myself down as the jet was preparing to land in just minutes.

Feeling the wheels touching the ground and the jet slowing down I let out a breath as I looked up at the ceiling. Deep down I knew I would have to get better, feeling that maybe in the possible future I will be able to fly and visit places. Unbuckling my seatbelt the little door opens up, the steps appearing.

As we all exit out of the jet with Luciano's hand on my back I tried not to make any happiness sounds as he lead me to a black range rover. Thanking him as I got in he shuts the door closed as he walked towards his workers that were barely getting off. Deciding not to pay attention to them and let them be I looked closer at the interior. Everything seemed expensive and new. The fresh new car scent could be smelled along with slight leather due to the seats. The interior was beautiful; white and black.

"Buongiorno signorina." Translation: Good morning miss. Jumping up slightly from my seat I let out a surprised squeal, not noticing that there was someone else in the vehicle with me. Placing my hand over my chest I laid my head against the seat, closing my eyes as I felt I almost had a heart attack.

"I-I'm sorry sir, I d-didn't know someone else was in here." Seeing him from the rear view mirror I noticed a small smile appear, quickly vanishing when he noticed Luciano was walking towards that car. Quickly composing myself I put on the seatbelt and stare at my lap, hoping that my face went back to normal.

"Va bene, andiamo." Translation: Alright, let's go.

While we were on the road I avoided eye contact with him. I couldn't let him see me sad. I was sad for leaving my family, especially my little sister. Closing my eyes I tried to hold in my tears as memories came rushing into my mind. The times when I helped my sister out, walking her to school and picking her up, and most importantly the amazing times we had when we decided to go thrift shopping.
I'm acting like I won't ever see them again but I will, I've spend my whole life with them, helping them out. I'm going to  be helping them out alot now but at what cost? Being seperated from them, not being able to see my parents at all especially since I barely could.

"Look at the bright side Elena, we both will have our own rooms now!" A small smile appeared on my face as I remembered what my little sister told me moments before I left. She can have privacy now, sneak in boys into her room now, talk as much as she wants without bothering anyone.

"Are you okay bellissima?" Turning my attention on him I give him a weak smile. When he talked to me I somehow calmed down. The sad moments completely gone and now happyness was replaced. It could be his italian accent that makes me feel warm, feel nervous, and joy or maybe  just talking to me makes me forget everything.

"Well that's good to hear." He pauses to look at me closer, he knew I was lying but chose not to say anything about it. "We're here." Looking away from him and out at the window my jaw dropped slightly, my eyes filled with excitement and wonder as we turned a corner and into a long driveway. Gates opening, showing the beautiful mansion right ahead of us.
I love how the house was surrounded by the wilderness, the greenery really made the house stand out.

'Am I really going to live here?' I ask myself as I continued to be shocked. After All he's a businessman, a wealthy one to be exact...
