Arthit's POV

"I never thought I would see the day where we would witness Sarah sipping on lime water and honey when she was surrounded by alcohol in a club. Especially when it's free" Justin said earning a glare from Sarah and wary glances from me and Kyle. Despite being surrounded by my best friends on a lazy hangout the atmosphere around us was still unsettling. I was starting to feel cramped because of the awkwardness in the air even though we were seated in a spacy lounge in the bar.

As a result of the recent events, all of us were walking on eggshells around Sarah and Jason with the obvious problem hanging above their heads. We were even more worried about how to act around them especially after what happened yesterday. Kyle was the most uncomfortable among us as he was the person to witness the actual drama yesterday while I had heard about it second hand from Sarah when she dropped by my apartment.

"Don't even think for a second that I wouldn't kick your ass just because this is your goodbye party, Justin. My morning sickness isn't getting any better and you have locked me up in an alcoholic zone when I couldn't even have a single drink. So expect a crazy bitch squared" she said making Justin laugh at her comment.

"Doesn't mood swings supposed to start in the later stages of pregnancy?" Kyle whispered in my ears making me almost laugh out loud. However, I pursed my lips containing the smile but we weren't being too careful.

"I heard that," said Sarah looking at us with a pointed stare to which we returned our most innocent looks. She rolled her eyes at our goofy act and went back to her drink. At least, she is acting like her own instead of being sad. I would take her sassy self any day to a crying mess as it was making me feel helpless and pained to see her in grief.

I let my eyes take a lazy stroll around the room to soak up the aura in the club. Contrary to the theme that the club SIN is popular for, it was going for a mellow mood well suited for the Karaoke theme tonight with light music. Usually, the club would be filled with blaring metal and people in gothic attire who looked ready to rip each other's throats than party and have fun. Maybe that's their idea of having fun? Anyway, I was never a fan of loud music or gothic lifestyle which is popular in this club on Fridays.

I remembered the last time I was here with these guys and how my life had gone through a rollercoaster ride within this past month. Funny that the last time I was here, the only worry on my mind was to avoid an awkward conversation with Justin and go back to my home without faceplanting on the sidewalk outside because of how wasted I was. But now it looks like he is the only person that I could talk to without having to think about hurting their feelings or saying something stupid.

Speaking of strained conversations and hurt feelings, I saw Jason enter the bar and walking towards our table. He seemed to be hesitating at first but once he saw Justin waving at him from beside me, he picked up his pace with a smile.
