At IHOP

August pov

We pulled into tha parkin' lot and I got out and helped nessa out the car . we walked inside hand n' hand and I asked for a table for 2. The host took us to our table and we sat down across from each other. the waitress came over and took our order

"A water is fine please"
Jnessa said with a smile

"Yea I'm good with water"

"Ok I'll be back in a minute "
She said closing her order book and tuning to the kitchen

"So aug have u thought of any baby names "

"Not really I mean we could always name him after Mel or me I kinda like Khalil but idk have u "

"That's really cute aug and I kinda like Kingston or Anthony or something like that "

"Cute "

She came back with our waters she gave me a wink good thing jnessa was looking down at her phone. she asked what we want I ordered for us and she took our menus away with any other wink to me

"Um excuse me miss"
Nessa said talking to the waitress

"What "

"Listen u popcorn headed ,wrong weave wearing ,no ass having hoe u ever make any type of contact with my man again pregnant or not I will fuck u up so. Try me bitch I dare u"
She said through gritted teeth

I swear to god she ran to that kitchen so damn fast 😂

She hit me with her napkin

She brought our food out with a smile we ate payed the bill and gave the waitress a nickel for a tip😂
We stood up and began to walk out

"O waitress there's a tip in there for u 😂" I said almost letting out a snicker

She nodded

And we quickly left as soon as we hit the car we burst out laughing

"I can't believe yo ass have her a nickel "

"But it was yo idea to give her a nickel soooo I was being nice"

We laughed all the way home

I helped her out the car and into the house , you know for a 4 month pregnant women she looks fantastic

When we got in the house I sat on the couch and watched tv while JNESSA went on her computer and searched for baby stuff

"Oo baby there's this cute little crib in blue and white can I get it "

"Yea sure "

"And these blue curtains"

"Baby u can get anything u want for the baby as long as it looks good I'm cool with it "

She kissed my cheek

"Thanks love "

I decided to take a shower so I went upstairs and did just that

After ordering all the baby stuff I kicked my shoes off , put my feet on the couch and watched some tv . A few minutes later I heard a knock at the door

"Who is it "
I said

"The police , girl u better open this damn door"
My obnoxious brother said

I opened the door and flew into his arms even tho I'm older trey has always been protective of me

"Come in"

I closed the door behind him , he immediately went to my fridge and took out sandwich ingredients

"Trey u act like u don't eat at home"

"Well I don't really u left so u can't make me food anymore , dad don't cook , mama shelia don't cook, Mel just barely home , and I practically ate everything at Nia's house . so yea"

"Trey u know how to make roman noodles"

"Ate those too"
He said taking a bite out of his sandwich

"Damn you know what come over anytime your always welcomed I'll make u a good meal trey "
