...I drifted off to sleep...

(Y/N) POV
I woke up the next morning feeling horrible. My tear stained face was restricting my facial movements a little and I had a nose block. Great. Just what I needed. I decided to ignore it and just get ready for school. As I headed to school, I realised that I didn't actually eat my breakfast and my stomach was grumbling. A lot. So I took a detour and headed to a convenience store. As I left, I heard someone calling out my name. "Hey! (Y/n)!" I turned around to see...Yūma? He ran up to me and as he caught up, "Hey, I didn't know you lived around here."

"Oh, I don't I just forgot to get my breakfast today so I took a detour." I replied holding up my sandwich.

"Oh ok, well how about we walk to school together? Since we're already both here."

"Yea, sure why not."

And with that, we were both in our way to school.

As we walked together, I learned a lot more about Yūma. Like the fact that he didn't come from a very wealthy family but that didn't affect him in he slightest. It was kind of heartwarming actually. Talking to someone who didn't have everything, yet he didn't get bothered by that fact. As we walked, Yūma suddenly brought up a whole new topic. "So, midterms are coming soon, how do you feel? Nervous?" "Not really...what's there to be nervous about? I mean it's just midterms. It's gonna be easy." I shrugged. But once I realised what I had said, I immediately turned around to face Yūma, "OH MY GOD! I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to put it that way. Oh gosh that was so inconsiderate of me. I'm so sorry!" Yūma just laughed it off and stared at me. "Haha, it's fine no big deal. Although, it must be quite great to be you huh. Never ever worrying about your grades. Must be really relaxing." Relaxing? Have you ever seen me study before exams? Many people would call me crazy. I thought to myself. But just smiled at him "hehe yeah, relaxing."

Hey guys! It's your author here :) so I realise that this chapter is a really short one compared to the rest so think of it more as a filler chapter? Because it doesn't really add to the plot but I thought it would be kinda nice to see (y/n) hang out with some other people in the class :) along with the fact that the previous chapter ended a little sad..I thought it would have been nice to brighten it up :) hope you guys liked it!

Also P.S yesterday was bts's 7th debut anniversary!!! Yayyyy I'm so happy omg. AND blackpink is now starting their own reality tv show!!! Yayyyy I'm Super excited!! Ok I'm rambling now. Thank you for reading :) bye!
