You did not read the chapter title wrong. THIS IS THE LAST CHAPTER!!! LAST CHAPTER!!!! There are three things I want to say to you guys.
1. Thank you for being so supportive and encouraging despite of my horrible, horrible habit of not posting for days. You guys are truly amazing.
2. I've had tons of fun writing this story, and I hope you'll continue to support me as I write more stories. :o)
3. Speaking of other stories, I WILL be making a SEQUEL to this book. Yep, BUT it will NOT follow the story line of the original La Corda d'Oro. It'll be quite a bit different. The problem is that with a separate story line, I probably won't be able to publish the new one until after New Years. Anyways, you can keep an eye for it!
Thank you again for all your support guys. Your comments make my day. Well, let's do this!

Grand Finale: Bring Me the Night
"Neh, Kahoko,"

"Hm? Dai-kun?"

"When you graduate, I want to get married."

"E-eh? What are you talking about? That's way too soon!"

"You're too cute."

"Hey! D-don't tease m--"

"Don't give me that look. You know you like it."

"Sh-shut up!"

"I love you."

"....I Love you too....Baka."

"That was unnecessary. I may just have to punish you."

"Wha---"

"Hm? Kaho-chan, are you ok? You're really red."

"B-b-baka!"

"Hm, you're too loud. I'm coming in for another."

"E-eh? Mm."

"Kahoko, Kahoko, KAHOKO!!!!! GET UP!!! SCHOOL'S STARTS IN TEN MINUTES!!!!"

"What? Oh, yeah, school." Kahoko mutters dully, rubbing her red stinging eyes as she stumbles about her room. She barely manages to pull on her uniform and trip downstairs to eat breakfast in ten minutes. Her mother looks at her in concern and is about to suggest that she skip school, but Kahoko merely grabs her violin and a piece of toasts and walks outside the house without a word.

In the distance she could hear the bells of schools in the area ringing. "This is just like back then." she whispers to herself.

"Do you need a ride, Young Lady? My kids go to Seiso too so it won't be a hassle to drive you there." the beautiful woman says, smiling kindly.

"Really?" Hino asks hopefully. The back door opens to reveal two girls, one in a black uniform, the other in a white.

"Don't just stand there. Hop in!" says the older girl with a smile. Kahoko leaps into the car and quickly buckles up. She looks ahead to see a handsome boy in the front seat gazing at her curiously. Catching her eye, he smirks and asks,

"Did you oversleep?"

Kahoko flushes like a rose and looks down.

"Daisuke!"

Tears begin to pool in her eyes once more as Kahoko passes the street curb where they first yet. She glances over to the road next to her, half expecting a black car to drive up and pick her up. To her surprise a black car appears before her, slowing to a stop. Her heart's in her throat. She doesn't dare move. She doesn't dare voice her hopes, her dreams. The window rolls down at a terribly slow rate before the passenger pokes his head out of the care.
