Okay, I'm really here to tell you that Instant Replay by the Monkees is a beautiful album omg it's so under-appreciated🥺

I didn't even know any of the songs when I got it on vinyl. It wasn't until my first record player broke and I began to listen to it on Spotify that I really came around. That's preposterous. Don't be like me😌

I'm genuinely struggling to see why some don't like it😔

It was their first album after Peter left. Nonetheless, it's an amazing album with so many classics on it☺️

Some of  favorite Monkees songs are actually on this album

Like there's only a few songs on here that I always forget about, and that's a pretty good deal for me. But even those I really love🥺 Those are "Tear Drop City," "A Man Without a Dream," and "Shorty Blackwell."

The last one really just scares me Idek why don't ask

On the other hand, some of my favorites are: "Through the Looking Glass," "I Won't Be the Same Without Her," "Me Without You," "Don't Wait For Me," "The Girl I Left Behind Me," and "You and I."

Like they're all just...I need more words to say amazing omg...they're wondrous😌
