Kairi Pov:
I get the phone and answer it

K: hello?
U: oh hey kairi
K: WHOS this?
U: ouch, that hurt cosentino
K: Mariano?
M: the one and only
K: long time, how can I help you?
M: actually I wanted to speak to Mattia
K: um he's not available right now
M: when can i get back to him?
K: um.. he's uh...
M: he's what?
K: we don't know...
M: kairi whats going on?
K: he was attacked and taken and we've been trying to find him
M: you could have just said that, I'm on my way to help you
K: thank you so much Mar
M: anytime
End of call

Mattia pov
"Everything is going to plan" Mariano tells me as he hangs up the phone

"Perfect, now go and thank you again for helping Mariano" I say smiling at him

"Hey I've been waiting for revenge on Jenna and I will get it" he says, "so no need to thank me"

I nod as he leaves for the door.

*Flash backs*

"Please stay with me don't close your eyes" y/n says

(Ok so I forgot the exact words and I'm too lazy to go check)

Everything went black. Until I wake up in a bed.

"Holy shit we almost did actually lose you" mar says chuckling

"I'm not that easy to kill mar" I say quietly

"Yes I know" he smiles

"So far everything is going to plan" he says, " some people think your dead but your men think you were taken."

"Perfect, now i need them to think I'm dead" I say smiling.

"You know how betrayed kai, ale, and y/n are gonna feel when they find out the truth" mar tells me

"I'm doing this so y/n and I could be happy" I tell him

"Yea maybe but what about the boys" he asks

"They'll get over it" I say looking down hoping I'm right.

"What ever you say my dude, ight imma head out see you later and if you need anything my serve ya will get it" he says walking out

I nod as I look down.

You may be confused like what???

I'll explain:

I went to go visit Mariano a few weeks before today and I had a plan. But I couldn't tell anyone from my mafia or they might ruin it so I had to get help from my most trusted ally Mariano Castaño the leader of the Brazilian mafia.

I knew if jenna thought I was dead she would leave my house. But that's not all, Mariano knows jenna and he knows exactly who the father of the child is.

Let's just say him and Jenna had a rocky relationship. He trusted her and due to her ambition and greed she betrayed him and all he wants is revenge. Of course he's gonna wait until the baby is born. (So for the sake of this story and my morals no baby is going to get injured or killed)

Y/n pov:
Kairi has been with me for hours. I was still sobbing but no tears were coming out.

"What's gonna happen now?" I ask, "do I have to take over the cartel?"

"Hey all you have to worry about is your chemo ok I'll take care of it" kairi says as I try to smile at him

Ugh my life is a mess first my father dies then I have to marry someone who I didn't even know for my safety and then I get kidnapped and raped and when I finally think I will be happy I get sick with cancer and I finally have the one thing everybody wants love but that is taken from me on the same day I was saying good my to my mother.

All these thoughts in my head.

"ITS NOT FAIR WHAT HAVE I EVER DONE TO DESERVE THIS" I scream in pain

"You did nothing this just proves how strong you are" kairi says rubbing my back

"But im not strong kai I loved him even though he didn't love me" I say with a sad face

"I want jenna out of this house" I say

"What?" He asks

"You heard me, Mattia is dead and I ain't gonna let her live here, the only reason I don't kill her is because she's carrying his child," I look up at him " I want her out of my house kairi"

"Ok consider it done" he says

"I knew I could count on you kairi." I say looking at him.

"Always" he says smiling

In that moment I knew that with help of kairi I could be strong and in memory of Mattia I would make his empire grow.
