Marc Spector,formerly known as Moon Knight was the second most important man to (F/N) Stark at the Stark Industries.Other than assisting and helping in planning a perfect yet good financial plan and selecting the best next project development,he also responsible on advising (F/N) the way to be a good hero based on his experience as one of the heroes that working with Union for more than 5 years.
He retired from becoming Moon Knight after decided to corporate with (F/N) Stark a few years ago since he fade up with Union's law along with the heroes that most of them didn't serve the true justice.
And now,both of them are partner.
