"No. No, I refuse to believe my mom was the death witch" I denied as I stood up
"I'm afraid that this is the truth y/n. She tried to kill Randall and I once" Hamish sighed
"no wonder Lillith keeps calling me evil spawn if she's truly who you said she is, she killed more people than all knights together" I sighed and rubbed my forehead with my hand
"I-i need to go, I need to process all of this" I told him before I left the house.
I went to my mom's grave and yelled in frustration
"how could you? How could you lie to me? How could you pretend to be the perfect mom when you were killing people? How could you?!" I yelled at her grave while tears poured down my face
"y/n!" I hear a voice call and turn around to see Hamish with a concerned expression
"I can't. Hamish, I can't believe it's her" I sobbed
"I know that this is a lot to take in but you don't have to deal with this alone" he told me
"c'mon Hamish let's face it I'll suck as a knight okay? I can't even shift
"you're going to be an amazing knight y/n. Just give it a try"
"am I going to be like her?" I asked him
"it's up to you what you will become" he told me with a little smile
"I guess you're right.." I sighed as I took a last look at mom's grave..I'm sure as heck I'm going to come here anytime soon.
I spent the rest of the day in my room, reading about my mom.
She did so many horrible things to so many people because of this Edward man.
There's even a part about me, the daughter who will become the queen of mean.
I read that a betrayal of my true soulmate will make my heartbreak and I will no longer feel anything but only have a desire for revenge.

That when I decided I should probably talk to Hamish if I wish to avoid this part, but I will do it tomorrow since and 2 am is not a rational hour to just go to their house.
I knocked on their door softly the next morning and Randall opened the door
"hey y/n, come in" he opened the door for me with a bright smile
"thanks Randall, is Hamish here?" I asked him "right here," Hamish said, he stood by the window
"Umm Randal so yo I think you can leave us alone for a moment?" I asked him, feeling a bit awkward
"yeah sure" he said before he legit to his room I guess
"is everything okay?" Hamish asked me
"yes. I found out a lot about me last night" I told him "like?"
"The fact that I'm supposed to be just like my mother, but different. I'll be called the queen of mean, and I'll become one because someone close to my heart will betray me" I explained and he arched his eyebrows in confusion
"not to sound rude but what does that have to do anything with me?" Here we go
"Hamish you're me s-"
"I know who's performing the magic. Whoa, am I interrupting something?" I am cut off by jack who barges into the room but stopped when he saw that I'm here too
"no it's okay continue" I told him
"dude we already know it's Gabrielle Dupree and Brandon Caruthers" Randall said as he walked into the room
"yeah thank for the heads up " Lillith huffed as she walked down the stairs and it looked like they are going out
"you can't kill them" jack tried to stop them "we can if we hurry" Lillith smirked
"look at least let him talk to them first"  I tried to help jack but they looked determined
"yeah you owe me that much" jack scoffed and then Hamish slammed him again the wall by the neck
"everything bad that has happened up until now is because you haven't listened to a word we've said. We don't owe you anything, understand?" Hamish growled
"yes" jack chocked up and then Hamish let him go "we can stop the magic. Without killing anyone" "how?" I asked jack
"I didn't eat Clark's heart when I killed him. So the magic targeting Benson, it kept going. It found a new path to her" jack explained
