Chapter 40: Cheating

Chaewon's POV

I had a great time spending my school break with Minju, it's been a while since we got a bonding time like that after she came back here and I'm glad that she's in a good mood these past few days after we had a vacation

Classes just ends and I am now here outside Minju's classroom waiting for her and after few minutes they got dismissed and there I saw her walk outside

"Hi Min! Let's go?" I asked

"I'm sorry I can't go home together with you, I have things to do first before going home"

"Is that so? Then I'll go now, take care Min" I said and when I get into my car but I felt like there's something missing...... Right I forgot my wallet under my table so I went back to our room and when I went out after I got my wallet I saw Minju went out through the fire exit? Where is she going?

Out of my curiosity, I followed her. She's going upstairs? I just kept on following without her knowing. She went to rooftop and seems like she's waiting for someone

I was about to walk towards her when I saw someone came

Yujin?

I know its wrong to eavesdrop on other people's conversation but I can't help it, I'm so curious

Minju told Yujin her reasons why she leave and broke up with her, I thought she said that for them to have closure but I was wrong

"Now that I know your reasons it will be easy for me to forgive you but I'm sorry Minju we can't go back like way we used to be, there's a lot of changes that happened and I have Wonyoung now, I love her"

"But how about me, don't you love me anymore? Please Yujin I can't love someone else if it's not you" Minju said and hugs Yujin again

"I can't love someone else if it's not you"

Those words are like a knife stabbing right into my heart, it hurts. Minju can't love me that's the truth and that truth hurts...

I just keep on hurting myself for holding on and hoping for something I knew I can never have.

Can I still hold on? Should I give up now?

Author's POV

Yujin woke up and she smiles as she saw her girlfriend sleeping peacefully, it's already 10 in the morning and she's still sleeping thankfully they don't have class today cause it's weekend. Maybe she got really tired after what they did last night. Yes they did it again...

Yujin get up carefully so that she won't disturb her girlfriend, she did her morning routine and went to the kitchen to cook for breakfast or should we say brunch

After she prepared all the food that's the exact time Wonyoung went downstairs

"Good morning love" Yujin greets the bunny

"Good morning, you prepared these? Looks delicious huh"

"Yup! I prepared this all for you, come and sit" Yujin said and pull the chair for Wonyoung

"Thank you love"

"Anything for you my bunny" Yujin smiled and they started to eat. While they are in the middle of eating Yujin's phone suddenly rings

Calling 📞: unknown number

She stops chewing and almost choked when she saw it

"Uhh excuse me love I will just pick up this call" Yujin said and Wonyoung just nod at her while munching her food. Yujin went to the balcony in the living room and answer the call

"What now Minju?" Yujin asked nonchalantly

"What's with your tone baby? Did you woke up on the wrong side of the bed?"

"Just tell me what you want Minju"

"We don't have class today right?"

"So?"

"Let's go out on a date"

As much as Yujin wants to refuse but she can't do anything but to agree

"Fine"

"Pick me up outside my condo later 4pm. I'll send you the address"

"Yeah whatever"

"See you, I love you" Minju said but Yujin didn't reply and ends the call and she went inside

"Who is that?" Wonyoung asked

"Uhh nothing just a random stranger who dialed a wrong number" she said and continued to eat

"Uh love I have to go home now I forgot I have something to do" Yujin said, they are currently lying on the couch while watching a movie

"Hmm I don't want you to go, just stay with me please" Wonyoung said cutely while pouting. It's too cute for Yujin, she wants to stay but yeah she have to see Minju

"I want to stay with you but it's really urgent love" Yujin pinch Wonyoung's nose

"Okayy you may go now" Wonyoung said in a sad tone, still pouting and Yujin can't help but to kiss those plump lips and Wonyoung reciprocates the kiss and it become heated.

They make out for a while before Yujin pulls away and they are breathing hard

"Okay I have to go now love before I'll do something else to you" Yujin said kissed Wonyoung for the second time just a smack

Yujin is already at the parking lot at Minju's condo, she's waiting for the girl and after few minutes Minju showed up

"Hi babe" Minju greets Yujin as she went inside the car

"Where do you want to go?"

"Let's watch a movie"

They drove to the mall and watch a movie, Yujin just keeps on agreeing to whatever Minju wants, they also went to arcade and then they eat at a restaurant

"I miss doing this with you" Minju said but Yujin just look at her with blank expression and continue to eat

"Do you still remember our first date? We also went to arcade and the bear that we got when you won at the claw machine I still have it" Minju said trying to lift up the mood

"I don't remember" Yujin replied monotonously, but she actually remembers it

"The bear that you got for me, you spent so much coins for that claw machine until you got it, we even named it Jinjoo, the combination of your name and my name"

"Yeah I remember it now" Yujin said not looking at her and just focused on finishing her food

"I'm glad you still remember it"

"Finish your food and I will take you home, I'm tired. We have class tomorrow"

"Right I forgot hehe"

Yujin turned off the engine as she parked the car and suddenly Minju cupped her face and kiss her on the lips

Yujin was shocked she can't move at all, she was caught off guard after few seconds she pushed Minju

"What the hell Minju!"

"Why? Is it wrong for me to kiss my girl?"

'You have to be calm Yujin, you have to be calm don't get mad at her' Yujin thought as she heave a deep sigh, well obviously it's wrong

"I was just shocked" Yujin replied

"It's fine babe, thank you for today" Minju said and went out if the car. Little did they know, someone's watching them

"What a great coincidence, I didn't know that you also live here Minju, now it will be easy for me to know your every move" the girl said as she took their pictures with her phone

Yujin drove away, she can't believe that she did it, she really felt guilty. She's cheating, she's cheating behind Wonyoung's back

"I'm sorry love, I'm really sorry I'm just doing this for you"
