Guys, what's the title of the arc where Shijima of the art room appears? I can't seems to understand the manga chapter since it only translated the dialogues.

"There." A certain blonde said as he ready the serigue.

A poor dirty mokke trembled in fear as it tried to move from the duct tape. "Stop....Stop..."

"Shall we begin?"

The mokke only continued to tremble as the needle gets closer.

It's screams echoed through the whole school as thunder was soon heard.

'It was a day like any other, and the class has just ended...'

"Hanako-kun! Hatsume-chan!" Yashiro Nene greeted as she peaked through the bathroom door. "I'm here!"

"Huh?" But she then noticed Hanako all alone, his back turned as a few mokke surrounds him. "What... are you doing?"

"Yashiro.." Hanako called, his voice seems raspy than it should normally be and he appeared to be disheveled. He quickly grabbed Yashiro by her arm and slammed her into the ground, making him tower over her.

"Hanako-kun?" Yashiro asked in fear as Hanako breath heavily, his eyes crowded with hunger as drowl escaped from the corner of his mouth. He lean in closer, ready to bite her. "Stop!"

"GET AWAY FROM SENPAI!" Minamoto Kou exclaimed as he punched Hanako away from her.

"Kou-kun!"

"Senpai come to you to help you with cleaning!" Kou growled. "So what do you think you're doing?! Don't you already have a girlfriend?! Atleast show Hatsume some respect!"

Kou approached the male seventh mystery and gripped his shoulders. He shook him rapidly "Hanako! Get a hold of yourself! What's wrong with you!? Where the heck is Hatsume?!"

Hanako groaned and stared at Kou with a groggy hungry look, he smiled at him innocently. "Give me candy..."

Kou and Yashiro deadpanned.

"Candy.... Candy..." Hanako neared his face to Kou's looking really hungry, making him and Yashiro stared at him.

"Uh... Hey...Stop it..." Yashiro said, not really knowing what to do.

"Candy." Hanako tried to lick Kou's face making him a little scared.

"I'm not Candy!" The two humans quickly escaped the bathroom.

"Hanako's gone crazy!" Kou screamed. "And  what happened to Hatsume?!"

"So it seems!" Yashiro agreed. "I just hope Hatsume-chan isn't like that!"

"We need to get out of the school!"

Kou and Yashiro quickly run to the stairs only to stop as students, who is exactly like Hanako groaned and reach out to them.

"What's wrong with them?!" Kou exclaimed as he and Yashiro stepped back. He held Yashiro's hand as he pulled her close to him, avoiding a zombiefied student who was crawling on the stairs towards them. "Could it be a new spirit?!"

They heard a scream, they turn to see that Kou's friend, Satou and Yokoo gets bitten by two zombie like mokke

"The mokke bit them?!"
