Bridal Shower
It was six months of my pregnancy. We're happily building our family..
Hawak ko ang isang papel kung saan naglalaman ng result for my ultrasound, galing sa trusted Doctor namin and nakuha ko na ito.
Kinabahan akong dahan-dahan na binuklat saka binasa ang result, "Second and Third Semester Ultrasound."
I checked the ultrasound pictures and I was shocked when I saw it. The picture shows there were three in my womb, "It was, triplets.." Saglit ako na nawalan ng sasabihin at napahawak sa aking bibig para pigilan ang saya dahil sa balak kong huwag muna ito ipaalam sa kahit sino maski kay Kenji na tatay ng mga anak ko.

I want to surprise him with this good news, and it was a miracle triplets are coming through our lives finally. Tinago ko sa drawer ko ang result ng ultrasound, dahil may importante pa akong dapat puntahan ngayon at kapag dinala ko pa ito sa pupuntahan ko ay baka mawala ko lang rin.
"It's Keira's Bridal Shower." Sabi ko when I checked my phone. I just remember something na ngayon pala ang pa-bridal shower ni Keira para sa nalalapit na kasal nila ni Renzo.
Halos two years rin ang hinintay para sa kasal nila na dalawa, ganoon katagal sila na nag-prepared and at last, tuloy na tuloy na nga ito. I feel excited!

The bridal shower party is starting at six in the evening, and I have more time to prepare for that. I was planning to check some clothes that will surely hide my baby bump. I was checking on my walking closet when I remembered something that's my first thing to do before I go. I'll pick-up my phone and type something on it but I already saw his new message pop-up from him.
From Kenji: Babe. I'm driving home now, do you need something? I can drop by to buy whatever you want.
Napaisip ako if I need something to eat but nothing comes out and medyo busog pa rin kasi ako kaya wala akong gustong kainin muna ngayon.
To Kenji: Just drive home safely. I don't have anything on my mind for my cravings but anything will do, Babe.
Can't help but flash a smile on my lips. I find it cute whenever he asks me about that thing, I know Kenji can't hide his smile too because of my sweetness.
Well, the thing is I have to do that to make sure na makakasama ako later for the Party. And Shookt ! I forgot to tell him about that party or maybe when he comes home.. doon ko na lang i-paalam sa kanya.
I am very excited to see my friends again. We got older and had less time to spend together so, this occasion is important for us to fill that and go.
While I'm preparing my clothes, I heard his car arrive. I stood up and immediately went out the door to meet him and as soon as I went down the stairs, the door opened at the same point Kenji was about to enter, with his manliness.
In my excitement, I rushed to him, I hugged him tightly.

"Babe. You're smiling like an idiot. Just tell me what you want, that's creepy you know.." Kenji busted me. Well, he really knows me well so what can I expect?
"It's the Bridal Shower in Keira and I'm invited. I badly want to go." I started.
Napansin ko ang pag-iwas niya ng tingin sa akin kaya naman lumayo ako ng bahagya. Nakita ko rin ang pagbabago ng expression sa kanyang mukha.. And I think he's thinking kung papayag ba siya or hindi but my instinct says he'd agree with me. Oh please
