"Camping?" was Eunji's reaction to when Jungkook told her the plans he had made for this weekend.
Since Jungkook's schedule was always packed and Eunji had her own work schedule, they only met up for a short time on the weekends. Usually they would stay at each other's place and binge watch k-dramas or the occasional coffee date.
But this was the one of the few weekends where both Jungkook and Eunji had clear schedules. Eunji had let Jungkook choose what they'd get to do for the next three days. She hadn't expected Jungkook to drive her to a camping resort.
"It'll be fun Jagiya," He told her for the fifth time as they walked hand in hand, looking for a spot to put up their tent.
It wasn't that Eunji deplored the idea of camping. She was just someone who preferred to be indoors rather than outside in the hot blazing sun. But if this was what Jungkook wanted to do, she wasn't going to complain.
After walking a bit, they finally settled in a spot. Eunji set her bag down, and started to help Jungkook set up the tent. When she went to grab the poles, Jungkook took them away from her.
"I can do this Jagi, you should rest," He told her.
She stubbornly took the poles out of Jungkook's hand, "Let me help, I know what I'm doing. I'm not tired at all."
Jungkook sighed, and gave in. Despite not having much camp experience, Eunji put up the tent in no time. Jungkook looked at his girlfriend in absolute awe.
"What? All you have to do is read the instructions," Eunji shrugged.
Jungkook shook his head and laughed, "I'm supposed to be the Golden Maknae, not you Jagi."
"Aish you," Eunji playfully pushed Jungkook's shoulder.
Jungkook looked back at the tent. Everything was set up for camping and the sun was still shining.
"What do you want to do now?" Eunji asked, as if she read Jungkook's mind. He had planned this date after all.
Jungkook reached into his bag and pulled out two life jackets, "Let's go kayaking!"

"You can't be tired that fast, Jagi," the boy teased in amusement at his girlfriend's struggles to paddle the kayak.
Eunji huffed in annoyance, "Well it would help if you actually paddled, Jeon Jungkook!"
"Mianhae," Jungkook half heartedly apologized. He picked up the oar, and started paddling.
Eunji was satisfied for exactly one minute before she felt a splash of water hit her face. This boy really...
"Yah! Jeon Jungkook!" She yelled in anger. Jungkook's cackling filled her ears, feeding into her exasperation.
Eunji was stubborn, just like Jungkook. So of course she took her oar and pushed the river water to splash her boyfriend back. This was followed by Eunji's giggles at Jungkook's reaction. Then their kayak ride turned into a complete water fight. By the time they got out, they were both completely drenched. But they were still smiling like fools.

Jungkook rested his head against Eunji's shoulder as he listened to her talk. After kayaking, they went back to their spot to change clothes. Jungkook had cooked a delicious pot of ramen over the campfire for dinner. Now it was nighttime and the sun was gone. The dark night sky replaced the light blue sky along with the moon and sparkling white stars.
"Over there is Ursa Major," Eunji pointed out, for Jungkook to see. "Oh and there's Hercules!"
Jungkook chuckled at Eunji's fascination with the stars, "Since when did you know so much about stars?"
"I took an astrology course last year in college," Eunji shrugged. "I guess it came in handy now."
Jungkook placed his hand atop Eunji's, "Do you know what my favorite star is?"
"Ani. What is it?" Eunji asked, genuinely curious. She hadn't even thought that Jungkook would have a favorite star.
She then felt a peck on her lips. She blinked in confusion which only made Jungkook's smile grow.
"You," He said softly. "You're the most beautiful star of them all."
In response to this, Eunji elbowed him, "Aish there you go being all cheesy again."
"Don't act like you don't love it," Jungkook nudged her.
Eunji crossed her arms stubbornly and looked away. Jungkook pouted and peppered kisses all over her face.
"J-Jungkook s-stop," She giggled, feeling tickled by his lips touching her skin.
Jungkook continued his actions, "Not until you say it."
"Aish fine!" She cried out. "I love your stupidly cheesy pick-up lines."
"And?" Jungkook pressed another kiss on her nose.
Eunji cupped Jungkook's face before he could kiss her again, "And I love you."
Then she leaned into lock her lips with his, kissing him ever so sweetly. Jungkook smiled into the kiss, and deepened it. The rest of the night was spent kissing and cuddling under the stars. Eunji was glad that she let Jungkook convince her to go camping with him. They made so many memories in just one day.
