Rarity exclaimed at the pony who just entered the room "Hey I heard you were visiting so I wanted to find you all after I cast a monitor spell around Flurry's room of course" the orange stallion said, he then sat down on the many chairs that surrounded the dining table "So Sunburst how has life been going around the empire?" Rarity asked, Sunburst scratched the back of his neck with his hoof and smiled sheepishly "Well, I read almost all the books at the local library and ever since I moved in here to look after Flurry Heart I started to find a interest in crystal magic" though Sunburst moved in the castle he still goes to his old house in the empire "Crystal magic? I never heard of that" Applejack said "Yes, I thought crystals were only used for enchanting, I never thought there would be a whole genre of magic to it" Rarity added "Well yes, you're not wrong with the fact they are used for enchantments, crystal magic is part of the many types of elemental magic which if you don't know what it is, is basically when you are specialize at one specific type of magic like water, fire or crystals. King Sombra for example specializes at crystal magic specifically" Sunburst explained, the group cringed at the mention of the tyrants name "Oh sorry, I shouldn't have brought up such a sensitive topic" Sunburst quickly apologized realizing what he said "Oh it's nothing to be sorry for darling, really" Rarity reassured, the group then changed the subject to forget about the emerging memories of the tyrant

While the group was talking Fluttershy turned to one of the windows and for a second saw a figure but it disappeared once she turned her gaze at the window "What are you looking Flutters! You saw something cool?" Pinkie said all of a sudden beside her, Fluttershy flinched and sighed "I thought I saw something" Pinkie smiled and returned to the conversation the others were having "Sssooooo Sunburst, do you have a crush on a certain purple unicorn" Rainbow asked the stallion while smirking "WHAT, nonono Starlight is just a friend!" Sunburst explained looking flustered "Are you ssssuuuurrrreee" Rainbow asked the others except Fluttershy who was making her way to the window giggled and a snicker from Spike "Promise she's like a sister to me" Sunburst said finally composing himself, there was a selective "awws" and sighs around the table at the answer

Fluttershy on the other hand was at the window that she swore she saw something. The window over looked the front twin of the empire and a clear view of the fountain at the very middle of the town. Fluttershy stared at the window and a black shadow appeared with it's purple eyes staring back at Fluttershy's turquoise ones, she screamed and the shadows eyes widen and it quickly disappeared, the group ran up to Fluttershy, Spike got to her first "Are you alright Fluttershy?" Spike asked, Fluttershywas heavily breathing and eyes widen with shock and fear "Deep breaths darling, in and out" Rarity told the pegesus. Eventually Flutter shy calmed down and looked at the others "You okay sugercube?" Applejack asked "Yeah I'm okay now" Flutter shy answered while standing up from were she fell "So why did you scream?" Rainbow asked while she hovered over her (AN: Rainbow always seems to be flying huh? Like all the time does she ever get tired lol) Fluttershy gulped and said "W-Well, I swear I saw something at the window and when I walked up I saw this shadow figure with these purple eyes" she said still shaken from what she saw, Sunburst looked slightly alarmed at this "Are you sure it was actually there?" he asked and she nodded "Oh dear so the rumors were true..." the group looked confused at this "What rumors?" Spike asked "Well some ponies uptown said they kept seeing this shadow figure that was as tall as Celestia walking around the streets. They said the thing doesn't really do much but the one notable thing the notice is that it stalks a few ponies before disappearing, when they do get a good look at the figure it looked like it had a curved horn and always had this misty look" Sunburst explained, the group looked a little shaken to this as the description reminded them of a certain pony "Do you think it's you know... " Spiked asked the group "No I don't think so" Sunburst answered "King Sombra was known to have red eyes and green when using his magic, the shadow figure had-" "Purple" Fluttershy continue "It had purple eyes, I saw it"
