The next day

The family woke up and they saw that Tenma's bedroom door was wide open, they thought that he was already awake so they went down to see if he was there, but when they got down the butler handed them a letter from Tenma, the father opened it and read it out loud for the mother and son

"Good morning ma'am, sir, so you'll see that I'm nowhere to be found in your house and that's because I need the help from another person for my part of the plan to work, and I have to go there as early as possible, which I why you won't find me. As for your part, I just need you to stick to what I told you yesterday.

Matsukaze Tenma"

They were wondering who is this person that he needed to recruit, but they decided to put that matter aside, trust the brunet's words and perform their part, even though it's not going to be easy.

At Mizunari's office

"Mizunari-san."

"What is it Kyota, can't you see I'm busy?" Normally the manager would be deeply offended by his manners, but currently he couldn't care less about his behaviour

"Your brother and his family has come to speak to you." Mizunari immediately averted his gaze from the paper work to the manager, he didn't know if he should smirk or be angry

"Let them in." After a few minutes, Shindou's family was now in front of Shindou Mizunari, the older brother had to put on his best act to not trigger any suspicions

"Hello my dear brother, what brings you here?" He was walking towards him, arms open as if he was about to give him a hug, but instead he was stopped by his younger brother with his arm stretched out and showing the palm of his hand, as a sign to stop "What's wrong?"

"You know exactly what's wrong." Replied the father with a serious tone, Mizunari had a feeling that he might've found out, but he kept the act in order to find out if his suspicions were true

"Whatever do you mean dear bro-"

"DON'T!" Screeched Kuroi, which took everyone by surprise, even himself. After regaining his own composure he continued with a calmer tone "Do not call me brother! Not after trying to kill me and my family because of your stupid jealousy!" Surprisingly, the culprit started laughing in a dark voice, but somehow his laugh sounded sad

"You know why I did it!? YOU KNOW WHY I FREAKING DID IT!!!???"

"I DO!" Screamed back the father, which in terms surprised the older one "I know the core of your jealousy, the fact that you didn't get anything from our father's fortune, but even so you got so blinded by it-"

"AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW!? YOU'VE ALWAYS BEEN THE FAVOURITE, EVER SINCE MY AMNESIA, THAT OLD BASTARD HAS TREATED ME LIKE TRASH-" Mizunari's scream cutted off by Kuroi's voice

"And there's a big reasoning behind it." Hearing that, Mizunari decided to shut up and give him a a stare that basically translated to 'prove it', Shindou's father gave in and showed him all of his crimes that have been printed out from last night "Before your amnesia, you were a big troublemaker, in fact you were far more than that. You've committed countless crimes, you've been involved with serial killers, drug dealers and gangsters, dad had to try his hardest to hide everything from the public. After your amnesia, dad might've treated you differently and he might've not given you anything, but that was all because you had to pay for your deeds by proving yourself to the world." As he went on, Mizunari was starting to tear up, he didn't remember any of these crimes that he has gotten involved with and he didn't wanna believe nor face reality, in the end, madness took over him and he was lunging towards the father with a knife from his pocket, but just then the door suddenly barged open, revealing a bunch of police officers with Tenma and his brother behind them. They immediately arrested Mizunari and took him away
