I tried so hard to stay still,
But my body isn't cooperating.
My mind stopped working,
And my heart's rapidly beating.
I tried to look everywhere,
Trying to avoid your intoxicating stare.
Fighting the urge to hold my chest,
'Cause this feeling is getting more intense.
Beads of sweat started to form on my head.
And my palms are now soaking wet.
Suddenly my knees started to shake,
As I see the smile you tried to fake.
I don't know if this is still healthy,
'Cause I feel like I'm not in control of my body.

I then look into your eyes,
Only to be mesmerized.
Because I realize,
You have amazing pair of brown eyes.
