The best thing
I've learned about living alone,
is that you might be free
to do all the things you desired,
but there's always this
certain feeling that needs
validation from others.
That in whatever you do,
there's always
something lacking.
Maybe the permission,
disapproval,
attention,
and recognition
of someone that matters.
And maybe by then,
you'll finally be able
to feel the satisfaction of
being able to do things on your own.
