RWBY Plays Titanfall2 -The Campaign [Reboot]

Cooper's Logbook

We've rejoined what's left of the 9th Militia Fleet. Commander Sarah Briggs is leading a mission to capture the Fold Weapon's power source, known as the Ark.

The Ark data I got from the frozen explosion finally paid off - it allowed us to track the Ark's present-day location. It's right here on Typhon, at an IMC airbase awaiting transport.

We're about to hit that base with every Titan we can muster.

The Militia Marauder Corps are in stations preparing for deployment as Cooper is sitting in BT's cockpit while a mrvn makes final checks from the outside, mrvn gives a thumbs up that Cooper return in kind before it gives a salute as the platform lowers him.

The team once again gives the same gesture to the cute little robot.

Commander Briggs walks into the room with her titan as the hatch opens to see her... not there... as she faces each pilot giving a speech.

"Wait, Sarah isn't in the cockpit?" Weiss is confused.

"Oooh, we just found a glitch!" Ruby said as the sisters high five each other.

"Aren't glitches make it horrible?"

"Some of them yeah, but ones like this is what we liked to find and have fun." the gamer said.

"Listen up. The IMC have developed a Fold Weapon. It has the power to destroy entire worlds, but without it's power source, the Ark, it is inoperable. Your mission is to capture the Ark before it can leave the airbase. Marauder Corps, weapons hot! Standby for TITANFALL" pushing some buttons the hatch closes and everyone is prepared for the drop. Then in a blink of an eye all titans are falling into the battlefield their objective bright, clear and big, seeing the ground getting dangerously close, Cooper braces himself as BT makes heavy contact with the ground.

The intense awe they feel as they watch them drop from such heights not even they can do the same.

After BT landed safely on the ground, Ruby stands along side other Vanguard titans behind cover from the formidable defenses. She and the others launch a salvo of rockets at the wall, destroying it completely and creating a opening for them as so they charge the wall and encounter heavy retaliation as infantry from grunts to titans the battle was destructive.

But with the red reaper leading the charge the Militia made it through.

"Pilot, you're with me! Into the tunnels!" Sarah calls out and Cooper follow facing more enemy titans which he dealt with several bullets and core ability. Sarah radios two titan teams to lock and secure the area as they continue to push their way to the Ark, Cooper faces titan after titan but the combine strength with BT they destroyed every enemy that gets in their way. Riding a lift up the run way they found a titan weapon - a new loadout for BT.

Titan Loadout Found - "Northstar"

Ruby acquiring the loadout she finds that some of the abilities were familiar, like VTOL Hover, and Flight Core where the titan hovers and rocket barrages his target. But the new abilities offer some new combat versatility, Cluster Missile and Tether Trap and a new weapon she can try.

Moving to the next area she makes full use of the loadout. Using the Plasma Railgun, shooting at titans at minimum charge she notice how weak it is she then charges up and sees the damage it dealt and loved every second she sees big damage and bars drop down. Put a cluster on a group of titans, then trapped one and end it with flight core.

Clearing the area and recovering health the Militia finally arrive the area where they see the Draconis and are just about to their leave.

"The Draconis is almost fueled! Move! Move!" Sarah shouts out.

Ruby is panicking a little, she opt to destroy targets from a distance then switched for a close offensive and brawl against the other titans. She almost had close calls to death but managed to find cover and healed up before she went back to pushing the enemy.

But even through all her efforts, she didn't come close to the objective.

At the distance the Ark is carried by two titans and loaded on the Draconis with one of the Apex mercenary joining them "Blisk, this is Slone. The Ark is headed your way, I'll let Viper take it from here. See you soon." the loading doors closes the ship begins to ascend and fly their way to the Fold Weapon... at high speeds for a rather large ship...

"Oh no we failed to get the Ark!" Ruby exclaimed.

"And now they're on flight to the Fold Weapon." Weiss comment.

".....Is no one bothered by the fact a ship of that size just... went at really high speed?" Blake asked, which regained attention to the rest of the team.

"How did we just missed that! It happened right on the screen were we really paying to much attention at the battle to notice." the heiress exclaimed, finding a flaw for her combat awareness, she needs to fix that after this.

"Yeah that thing just up and left really fast, not even our airships fly that fast and this thing is way bigger than ours!" Ruby said waving her arms and pointing them at the ship on screen.

"I'd pay to ride on something that goes that fast " Yang said, wondering how it feels to go so fast.

Her partner thought otherwise and told her no.

"Get to a ship! We're going after them!" Sarah calls out to everyone as ships line to pick up all of them and make chase with the IMC ship as the Militia continue to pursue and throw everything they got to stop them from destroying any innocent world.

The screen fades for the rather short mission of the game.

"That mission was rather short." Weiss said.

"You're telling me, I nearly died in some of this fights I was lucky to come out alive!" Ruby said.

"Yeah the action was cool and intense but its sad at how short it is, are you sure this is on Hard difficulty?" Yang said and her sister clarified that it is on hard difficulty.

"Well there was not really much to do, we were exploring much of the game and learning a lot from it while playing and after rejoining the fleet, we already know what we need to do and didn't require anything to add on." Blake voiced her thought on the game.

"You're right I hope the action last much longer." Yang said. oh it will...

With no further things to say she continues to play.

I'm rather surprised for this rather short chapter but I didn't really found much interest on it aside from the combat nothing much to say at that but I'm excited for the next mission I cannot wait for RWBY to be introduced to Viper in their boss fight I know some of you would enjoy this, I can't promise much but I'll be sure to make it enjoyable, that is all see you next time.
