Tony stark was out parting as usual when he got a phone call. It was the hospital he quickly left the party and went outside immediately sobering up a million thought are going through his head but the first one was, who's dead. he swipe on his phone screen answering the call and held his his phone to his ear
The phone call:
hospital: hello? is this Tony stark.
Tony: yes. That's me. What is it you need.
hospital: we are calling because your daughter is being born as we speak
Tony: haha really funny I don't have a daughter now stop waisting my time I am a very busy man
hospital: I'm not joking mr stark maybe you remember a woman by the name ofLilith Aden
Tony: ok I'm on my way and if this is a publicity stunt you will be hearing from my lawyers
with that he hung up. he opens the door to his car and says
"to the hospital" with that the driver drove off when he got there this was paparazzi everywhere some one leaked this information. He made his way to the doors shoving through reporters and flashing lights he was already in shock the lights just made it. when he got to liliths room when he saw lilith she was holding a child his child he walked up to her she looked at him and nodded she then spoke in a soft voice
"Tony I'm not going to make it but you have to take care of her please.. promise me .... PROMISE ME?!"
"I promise" with that she closed he eyes Tonys blood ran cold
" lilith,lilith,LILITH?!" then he rememberers the baby falling out of her mothers arms and he quickly grabs her holding her in his arms. things start to beep and the room flooding with nerves and doctors push him out of the room. after about 5 minuets in the waiting room with his daughter pepper came running through the door right when she sits down Tony hands her the small child with she takes 10 minutes later in complete silence the doctor tells them the mothers dead.they leave the hospital and the paparazzi is still there. they got back to Tonys house and he talks to pepper
"I don't want a child pepper I can't do this"
"well you have to ok she is your responsibility you can't just get rid of her "
"I know if I did the press would eat me alive" Tony mumbled causing pepper to sigh
"no Tony because she's your daughter"

(Max pov)
my dad still doesn't really like me but that's fine in have pepper and uncle Rhodes I take ballet classes not to brag buuuuuutttt I'm pretty good if I do say so myself although my ballet instructor is very creepy he looks like a guy who would watch people through there windows, but that's not todays story dad was eating with me and pep at the breakfast time and he wasn't on his tablet so I thought that for the first time we was going to look at me and say 'Max lets hang out today' but boy how wrong I was.
"so Max" my dad said in a calm tone which made me look at him. My eyes meeting their replica and a stared into his.
"I was talking with your dance instructor" those few words made my stomach drop I knew I would not like the next words to come because he never cared about dance till this moment never brought it up never said a word about it. ever
"and he think that you would be better..um ...whats the word ... Applied at this wonderful boarding school , in Russia" he finished oh my dad doesn't want me I mean why would anyone after all I killed my mother
"oh" those are the only words that could come out.
(third person pov)
Peppers jaw dropped when those words came out of Tonys mouth
"Tony I think we should talk....in private" she spat her voice was laced with venom.
they walk out of the dinning area they are standing in the hallway tears threating to pour out of peppers eyes
"what"
"Tony think about this please I beg you " Tony looks down the replies with
" I have pepper and I think*sigh* i.. I know this is best for her I can't rase a child she needs someone better and what's better then a whole school" pepper chuckles but without a hint of humour
" a father" Tony looks down and says
"i'm sorry you don't agree, but I'm doing ether way now help Max pack" pepper huffed then stormed out he then recalls the conversation with Rhodes, they both ended the same way. a few hours later ....... they didn't talk the whole way now she was off the plane he leads her in the school he crouches down and says
" ok Max you have to be good these people will take care of ok I will see you later bye"
" bye" her voice lacking the usual happiness he leaves and a woman grabs her hand and guides her down the hall to a office she motions for her to sit so she does the woman leaves and closes the door.

I didn't know it now but this face would haunt my nightmares she broke the silence
"hello Maxine you can call me madame B ok??" I nod
"do you know why you're here"she asked I relied
"yes? I am here because I'm a talented ballerina" she nodes and gets up and walks to me she turns my chair so I face her she spoke again."would you like to watch a movie Maxine" I nod that makes her smile she grabs my hand softly this reminded me of pepper I let a tear slip think about pepper madame B raises her eyebrows and say " we don't cry here dear" she leads me down the halls to a room with desks and a projector I sit at a dest and 'Snow White ' plays when the movies over the lady come in front of me I raise my head she is smirking and says " welcome to the red room"
that was my first chapter I know no avengers yet but I want to explain some of Maxines back story there won't be much because I want it to be kinda a mystery
