Mufasa watched as his younger brother, Scar fell off the cliff. What caused that to happen? he thought, worrying about Scar.
Mufasa realized he was holding onto the cliff's edge with great terror. His reddish-brown eyes were wide open with fear, causing the rapid beating of his heart.
W-who saved me? he wondered. Zazu was nowhere to be seen. As for Simba...
The lion who stood in front of Mufasa was indeed his only son. Young Simba had thrown his own uncle off the cliff of the gorge. Mufasa was stunned. How did he do that?
Soon after, Zazu had managed to get Sarabi and other lionesses over to the gorge. They helped Mufasa up onto the top of the cliff. He breathed heavily, shaking from the events that had just happened. Then he only saw blackness.
