| SYNOPSIS |

Shackled in an abrupt and demanding upbringing, Althera is brought down to her knees before the king of the First Kingdom, who is all too powerful for his own good. But she doesn't remember anything - not her childhood, her family, or her identity. All she knows is her name and that she can trust no one.
As she is tossed between the affairs of the palace and the unstable feelings growing inside of her for a man she cannot have, Althera cannot help but question who she truly is what she wants, But what she doesn't realize is that every decision comes with a cost, and her choice may lead to the destruction of all she holds dear.
