.Hayes.
I was helping Katara fold blankets as Aang was lying on the root of a tree.Sokka went out the look for dinner.

"Great,you're back." Aang says excitedly.

We all walk over to Sokka.

"What's for dinner?" Aang asks.

Sokka digs in his bag and pulls out some nuts.

"We've got a few options.First; round nuts.And some kind of oval shaped nuts?And some rock-shaped nuts,that might just be rocks." Sokka says.

"Seriously.....what else you got?" I ask.

Randomly the earth quakes making everyone shake.

"What was that?" Sokka asks.

Momo leaps away towards the sound.

"It's coming from over there." Aang says.

Aang and Katara start running towards the loud boom.

"Shouldn't we run away from huge booms?Not toward them?" Sokka and I say at the same time.

We run up to them with Momo and hide behind a tree.

"A earthbender!" Katara says excitedly.

"Let's go meet him." I say.

"He looks dangerous,so we better approach carefully." Sokka says.

Katara and I run ahead up to the earthbender.

"Hello there!I'm Katara and this is my friend Hayes.Whats your name?" Katara asks.

"Firebender!" He says getting defensive.

"I'm not with the Fire Nation.I promise,they're really annoying." I say.

He runs away bringing down boulders behind him.

"Nice to meet you!" Aang says.

"We just wanted to say hi." I say shrugging.

"Hey!That guys gotta be running somewhere.Maybe we're near a village? And I bet that village has a market!" Aang says happily.

"Which means no nuts for dinner!" Katara says excitedly.

Katara,Aang and I run ahead to the village.

We walk up to a shopkeeper under a terrace.Aang tried on this hat.

"Great hat!I'll trade you some nuts for it." Aang says.

I look around and see a boy enter a shop.

"Hey..." I say while tapping Katara.

Katara and I walk up to the shop and walk in.

"Hey your that kid.Why did you walk away before?" Katara asks.

"Uh,you must have me confused with some other kid." He says.

Aang and Sokka walk in the shop after us.

"No,they don't.We saw you earthbending." Aang says.

The boy and his mother gasp and close the door and windows.

"They saw your doing what!?" His mother asks.

"They're crazy, Mom! I mean, look at how they're dressed." He says.

We all look at our clothes.

"I mean,I just found this in a shop,sooo." I say.

"You know how dangerous that is! You know what would happen if they caught you earthbending!" His mother says scolding him.
