Spencer Cassadine and Trina Robinson are now officially a happy couple now that one of the hooked killer to be revealed as Heather Webber and that she is working with Ryan Chamberlain to take their daughter Esme.
What happened in Spoon Island changes everything that night. Nikolas Cassadine turns out to be alive as he rescues Esme from her father Ryan Chamberlain as he shot him dead. Nikolas also told the PCPD, Jordan Ashford, his mother Laura Spencer and Dr. Kevin Collins that Ava Jerome tries to murder him and that she locked him up in a closet door. And Ava been arrested as Nikolas grins at her as he told her payback is a bitch as he walks off with Esme to take her to General Hospital to deliver the baby.
Following of Wyndemere Castle, another hook killer was targeting both Spencer and Trina as the person revealed its mask as it turns out to be Jack Manning from Llanview.

Spencer remember who was Jack Manning as they used to go to college together until Spencer rat him out when he was selling drugs that's not illegal and he have to go to jail. Spencer tells Trina to get out of here while he fight off Jack. Trina cried into tears as she doesn't want to leave Spencer.
Spencer: Trina, you have to go!
Trina: [crying into tears] What about you?
Spencer: I'll be fine, I love Trina Robinson!
Trina: [She walks up to him as she kissed him tenderly] I love you too, Spencer Cassadine. Be careful and come back to me.
Spencer: [He smiled down at her as he stare at her beautiful brown eyes] I will.

Trina runs away as fast as she can until she made it at 'The Dock' Waterfront where her parents Portia Robinson, Curtis Ashford, and Marcus Taggert, her brother Deonte Ashford, Cameron Webber, Emma Scorpio-Drake, Trina's cousin, Joaquin Ashford, Josslyn Jacks, Dex Heller and Dex's little brother Austin Heller.
Joaquin Ashford is the youngest son of Tommy Ashford and Jordan Ashford and the brother of T.J Ashford who attend to Port Charles High School. He is the boyfriend of Austin Hellar
